The property has a glass gable end and the room is mezzanine with uninterrupted views across Rousay Sound to the islands of Egilsay, Shapinsay and Eday. There is a large private garden and the property is close to good opportunities for hill walking, bird watching, and viewing the island's archaeological sites, well behaved pets welcome.
