The apartment is located on the second floor in a quiet part of Groningen Center, called ‘A-Kwarier’. The canal is just 200 meter and on the other side is the main square ‘Grote Markt’ just 500 meter. The apartment is quite bright due to the three sided position on the corner of the block. In the evening at the end of a sunny day you can enjoy the view from the Balcony. And even if it is rainy weather, it is a nice place, because it is a covered balcony.
