Whilst wishing you a very pleasant stay in Florence, and in the apartment, I would kindly ask you to respect a few simple rules for your tranquillity as well as mine and that of neighbours:
If you are a smoker, then please only smoke outside on the terrace.
Each time you leave the apartment, please turn off all lights and the air conditioner.
Regulate the heating thermostat to a maximum of 20° C to stay within local regulation limits (there is a maximum tolerance of 2°C) and to avoid any unnecessary loss of energy and close all doors and windows.
Please keep the noise level down out of respect for the neighbours.
Treat all that is in the apartment with care, and keep it tidy, as you would your own.
In case of any accidental breakages, please advise the owner who will provide for its replacement, and for it to be available for you and future guests. Costs for any damages and/or replacements will be settled in accordance with the entity of the damage.
I am an animal lover, small pets are welcome on request.

We both really love travelling, I personally was lucky to fulfil a dream, and go on a “Round the World” trip, which gave me the opportunity to enrich my life. Being experienced travellers, we know how wonderful the idea of airbnb, of providing such a variety of private accomodation, wherever one whishes, and at more affordable prices, really is.
The apartment, of which we are very fond of, is charming and cosy, and we hope it will be the same for you, providing you with the same pleasant feelings and tranquillity, it has always given us.
We love Florence and would be pleased to help you enjoy the city exactly as a local would.
Please feel free to get in touch to ask any questions. Ciao!
