This beautiful, freshly renovated home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This home is great for mulit-family or traveling with older family as the house has a split layout. One side of the home has a private "mother-in-law suite" that has a kitchenette and it's own private bathroom while the other side of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is large deck in the backyard with a big table and patio set to enjoy our beautiful weather.

Our home is warm and inviting and will make you want to kick your feet up after being out and exploring the area. Tired of eating out? Our beautiful kitchen has everything you could need to make a basic meal. Looking to get fresh air? Take your coffee or meal out to the backyard and enjoy sitting around our patio set or large table that seats 6. Each bedroom is a good size with closets to hang any belongings you may have. Bathrooms are bright and new.

Pets may be allowed only if the pet(s) has been approved by the Host. This is AFTER the guests submits or expresses to the Host their plan on how the pets will be taken care of while in the listing including pet size, age, and breed along with how often the pet will be left alone. Parking is ample and can easily fit 4 to 5 cars in the driveway. There is also street parking. Home is easily reachable from the highway. While this home is close to everything, a car would be best to have to get around town.

Ik ben een inwoner van Zuid-Florida en mijn man, Tobias, komt uit Duitsland. We genieten van alles om te doen met het water en de oceaan. We houden ervan om te reizen en nieuwe plekken te ontdekken. We houden ervan om te verhuren, omdat we het leuk vinden om je hoofd te laten rusten tijdens je verblijf. Laat het ons weten als er iets is wat we kunnen doen om je te helpen een betere tijd te hebben tijdens je bezoek. PS. Vergeef de Duitse interpretatie van mijn man van het Engels (hoewel het indrukwekkend is dat hij 2 talen kent). Als je het je afvroeg, klinkt hij als Arnold Schwarzenegger als je het je wilt voorstellen. = ) We kijken ernaar uit om je binnenkort te mogen verwelkomen!
