Ken seemed a very pleasant soul, but upon arrival at the house, it seems his group was surprised to see things which are very clear in both the photos and the detailed written description.
For example, they apparently weren’t aware that the home is on an oceanfront bluff. To us, it’s obvious from the photos alone that the home is on a bluff (which augments the lovely views). The written description also explains the home’s location, as does the house manual. So...you be the judge.
FYI, there are two easy paths down to the beach, but apparently this group was elderly, and didn’t want to navigate unpaved paths. They also didn’t appreciate the prep of the home, or the mixed neighborhood, which is a super-typical Baja community — a combination of beautiful homes, modest houses, and shacks.
Long story short, Ken’s group decided they didn’t want to stay, so we allowed them to cancel the booking, and helped them find another place. (They complained about that too.)
Dear prospective guest: PLEASE check out all the photos, and review the full/expanded written description. We don’t want any surprises, and neither do you.
