Located in Qui-Si-Sana / Sliema/ Malta the modern apartment is central to everything in Sliema - a great location! The apartment has128,4 square meters ( 143 sqms with two balconies) and is has everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Malta.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite and the other with two single beds and a family bath. In the living area the leather sofa converts into a double bed for a further 2 persons. The apartment offers an exclusive and most modern air condition system, which keeps the rooms nice fresh in summertime and beautiful cosy warm in wintertime.
The stylish Italian kitchen is equipped with everything a household needs, e.g. dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker (capsule), kettle, toaster, mixer, hand mixer, food processor etc. .
The bathrooms are luxury styled and with shower; the family bathroom comes also with a bathtub and a hairdryer
You will find it helpful to use the washing machine, clothes dryer, irony board, iron and clothes horse which you´ll find in the little utility room.
The location could not be better!
The rocky beaches with crystal clear water of Qui-Si-Sana and Tigne´are just 2 minutes food walk away.
Two main shopping areas- one of them is Malta´s largest and most fashionable shopping complex (The Point, at Tigne Point´) , a 24 hrs supermarket, great restaurants (Maltese,Italian, American, Mexican, Thai, Japanese ...), cozy pubs, great evening entertainment, water sports, boats to Gozo, Comino, day and night boat- and bus trips, ferry to Valletta, taxi stands, bus stops - all in up to 5 minutes walking distance to the apartment.
Even though the property is central to all amenities, at the same time it is away from the excessive noises and traffic of the city.

The apartment is located on the 5 th floor in the house. A new and modern lift transports to the apartment- or if you prefer, use the stairwell.
A car is not necessary. In case you prefer to explore the Islands of Malta by car, you park it safely and conveniently on the parking place belonging to the apartment in the garage of the house.
The property is fully equipped and furnished to very high and modern standards. The rooms ( living room/kitchen, two bedrooms) have floor to ceiling windows, so that you can enjoy lots of natural light. Both bedrooms and the very spacious kitchen/ living room have access to nice long balconies with some sea views. The living room balcony offers you a beautiful garden view and distance view on many nice spots of Malta, too. In summertime guests will love watching the various fireworks of different village feasts from the south balcony, enjoying a glass of tasteful Maltese wine.

VALLETTA is the capital town founded by the knights. The palaces and cathedrals of Valletta and MDINA are home of some of the most precious treasures of Europe. Mdina- the "Silent City", the old capital of Malta before Valletta is full of history.
Visit MARSAXLOKK - a beautiful fishing village with colourful boats and wonderful restaurants at the seaside. Take the boat from "Sliema Ferry" on a Sunday to pay a visit to the beautiful market at Marsaxlokk promenade.
MALTA has a lot to see, Pompey village, Med. Marine Park -swim with dolphins, beautiful rock and sand beaches... There are over 360 churches on the Islands of Malta, like the Maltese say, one for every day. SO MUCH AND FAR MORE TO EXPLORE- Worth to visit!


SLIEMA
- was once a very quiet fishing village (Sliem ="peace" in Maltese language)
- now it is a modern and lively town at the north east coast of Malta
- not far away from the capital city of Malta, Valletta, and very closed to St. Julians, which is known for its life night
- has a lot to offer for all its visitors and is therefore Malta´s preferred destination among tourists:
1. beaches/ diving/ long and beautiful promenade from TA´xbien to St. Julians, beach lidos with nice pools, strand restaurants and
evening program along the coast line
2. bus and boat cruises from "Sliema ferry" day and night
3. cozy pubs, great night life during the whole year !
4. discotheques, if you like, in Paceville, St. Julians- easy to reach in 15 minutes walk along the promenade, or a few min. by bus or taxi
5. restaurants - Try the Maltese speciality: rabbit or the wonderful Mediterranean fish !!
6. two shopping malls very closed by, beside that various shops at "Sliema Ferry", Tower Road, Bisazza Road, Tigne´ Street ...
7. the most language schools are located in Sliema- all just around the corner :)
