We have a 5 bedroom / 3 bath home in the north Wilmington suburbs. It is in a beautiful, scenic area; quiet and peaceful and a short walk to several parks. We are close to AstraZenica, J P Morgan Chase, duPont Experimental Station, Accenture, Incyte Corporation, Sun Oil, Sunoco, Conoco, BlackRock, Nemous A I duPont Hospital, Christiana Wilmington Hospital, and close to I-95, making Wilmington, Newark DE & Philadelphia, easily accessible.

This is a big and beautiful home. The area is perfect: quiet and close to downtown. I had to check in a little late but that was not a problem at all. Big bathrooms, big kitchen, big living areas, 2 beautiful dogs and the best guest EVER!

Doug and Karen have a lovely house and are extremely gracious hosts. The checkin and checkout processes couldn't have been simpler. Helped me immensely in rounding out my weekend of family reunion; and I'd recommend their plade to anyone.

Doug accepted me on late notice and I appreciated that. The room was very comfortable and shred bathroom accessible. I did not have to wait for the bath and there is a second one if I did. I felt welcome and well taken care of.
