This Penthouse room is available for two people that restorated in 2015. There are mini open kitchen and lovely bathroom as well as great view of Bozcaada (Tenedos) balcony.
Our stoned house placed in Balabanlı Village. Consist of two old stone buildings. One of it was made by Greek stone workers came from Lesbos/Midilli island and unknown the built date. Second was made in 1971 by using hewn stone and cast stone.
May be extend for more people incase needed(extra charge).
Suitable garden for work-out, yoga, farming activities, cube&pot&stone painting as well as biking around the village and sightseeing walking.
If the climate is available you may pick the planted vegetables i.e. tomato,cucumber, pepper as well as cook with regional special olive oiled foods and salads.

The whole room will be on your own use, no harrasment. Necessary room equipments will be ready during your stay.
You may reach lovely and traditional small village grocer 100 meters away for your daily requirements i.e. foods, drinks and others.

At first never smoked in the house and would like to remain like this. Please do not step in the house with your shoes, slippers ready in the house. We expect rubbishs throwed to container box .We will provide a lot of rubbish bag. Appreciate your effort against environment and neighbours.
