Our like new house offers a true mountain retreat. This house is 1450 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The front and back yards are fully landscaped and the back yard includes a 500 sq ft patio – the perfect place to relax and enjoy a Flagstaff summer. The community park is within walking distance and features 4+ acres of grass, a jungle gym, and basketball courts. The community backs the Kaibab National Forest and offers plenty of outdoor activities including biking, hiking, off roading, skiing, sledding, and so much more!
Our property features new carpet, new tile, and fresh paint through out. The kitchen has updated high-end appliances including a Bosch dishwasher, GE glass top electric stove and oven, 1200 watt microwave, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishes including pots and pans, coffee maker, and seating for 6. The living room has a love seat, sofa sleeper, and a 60” LED LCD flat panel tv with Dish Network. The master bedroom has a pillow top king bed with dresser, night stand, and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is perfect for kids with 2 twin beds, a night stand, and closet. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, night stands, a dresser, and a closet. Both bathrooms are full baths with bathtub/shower combinations. We will provide enough linens for each guest to have 1 towel and 1 wash cloth.
The house is baby or toddler friendly with a high chair, pack-and-play, stroller, 2 baby gates, electrical safety plugs, and safety door locks. We have small children and have stayed at many vacation rentals and know how difficult it can be to travel with them. The baby proofing can be removed upon request.
Prices listed include Arizona sales tax.

This Lease Agreement (this "Lease") by and between Cory Lochridge ("Owner"), and Traveler. The parties agree as follows:
TERM. The Traveler will have full control and use of the Premises beginning at 4:00p.m. Arizona Time on "Check-in Date” reference the check-in date on the reservation and will terminate at 10:00a.m. Arizona Time on "Check-out Date” reference the check-out date on the reservation .
OCCUPANTS. No more than 8 person(s) may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Owner is obtained. All guests over the age of 2 are counted towards the maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people, or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
FURNISHINGS. Traveler shall return all such items at the end of the lease term in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the lease term, normal wear and tear excepted.
PETS. The Traveler and their guests are allowed to bring dogs for $25 per stay. The Traveler and their guests are responsible for removing dog waste from the property prior to departure. Failure to remove dog waste may result in money withheld from the Damage Deposit. Damage caused by the dogs to the property may result in money withheld from the Damage Deposit. Coconino County has leash laws that require dogs to be on a leash when outdoors. There is a park in the neighborhood that pet owners take their pets to run around without leashes however you run the risk of getting fined if caught. On occasion we have Animal Control visit our neighborhood looking for loose animals. Our house is equipped with a 20’x12’ dog run with a dog door into the garage.
PARKING. The maximum number of cars allowed at the Property at any one time is 4, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Parking exceeding this limit may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid. Commercial vehicles, trailers, RV's, or boats are not allowed at anytime.
NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE. Traveler and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes.
SMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed "outside". Evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional Cleaning Fee charges to Traveler as Excess Damage Cost and will be charged against the credit card on file or Traveler's security deposit at Owner's election.
COOKING. Traveler may cook only in the specific areas set aside by Owner for cooking. No open fires are allowed other than in the grill. The grill must remain in open area, away from trees, house, etc. All fires must be thoroughly extinguished before leaving unattended .
CLEANING. The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. The rental fee includes laundry service for the towels and linens. Traveler is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received in by making sure that the dishes are washed and put away, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and laundered.
I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. I moved to Flagstaff in 2001 to finish my degree at Northern Arizona University. I found a great employer in Flagstaff and have been able to travel to Scotland and Amsterdam.
