Andere dingen waar je op moet letten
As mentioned in the listing, there is an ever growing list of restaurants, bars, coffee houses, bike rentals and a deli/ mini grocer all within blocks of the house. Woodlawn Park is a block away and the Morgan street entrance takes you right to a gated doggie play area. They do not provide baggies though so byobaggies.
Please remove your shoes inside. I want to continue sharing my beautiful artisan made rug with guests so thank you for helping me to keep it pristine!
Please lock the door when away and do not share access or door access code with anyone that is not within this agreement.
Do not smoke, cook (believe it or not, I had to clarify this obvious detail) or vape any smokable substance indoors or with door open. Any questions regarding drug use or consumption, I am open to discussing so please ask!
Thank you for helping me to keep peace with my neighbors by parking in front of/next to my house and not theirs.
Please bring my attention to any issues that need attention; things not working properly or broken.
Please inform me if you will be traveling with your pets so we can discuss the pet fee and I will know to slipcover the sofa. This keeps area free of pet dander that could exacerbate the allergies of future guests.
Pet owners: please do the daily cleanup, indoors and out! : )
Yes! You can wash your clothes only with HE (high efficiency) detergents. 1 load per 3 nights stay...thanks!
Please let me know in advance if additional guests will be arriving.
It is a violation of your reservation agreement to add additional guests to your reservation or provide unaccompanied access to this space without prior discussion with me. Extra overnight guests are an extra $28/night. Please do not jeopardize your entire reservation by sneaking others in or allowing others use of the space without my approval.
Thank you for leaving the studio as you found it; clean dishes are appreciated and please re-set up the futon if it was pulled out. Your sheets and towels can just be placed in front of the washer, turn off lights, fans or heaters, lock windows and door. Thanks!

I love music, dancing, gardening, and eating yummy meals with friends....maybe not at the same time though. My sense of humor is slightly warped but I do enjoy making people laugh.
I, too love to travel and have enjoyed being a tidy, respectful guest in Rome, Paris, Halifax, Vancouver, B.C., Oaxaca, Ghana, Johannesburg, Harare, and many U.S cities too! Hoping to see Cuba soon!
My Life Motto: As you Believe, you Perceive and eventually you Receive.
What I really enjoy about this platform is how it allows us to go beyond our barricades, whether it be actual walls or our cell phones, and return to the art of talking to people we didn't know before and befriending great people that we would have never met otherwise.
