Enjoy your holidays or weekends in the luxury 2BR - 80m2 apartment with a huge balcony, just 600 meters from the sandy beach and the boat ramp, 15 kms from Adventure Park, the ferry to Sorento from Queenscliff, ocean beach at Point Lonsdale or Ocean Grove.

Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms in this apartment, each of the bedrooms has real leather queen size beds with bed linen ,built in wardrobe with hangers,mirror sliding doors.
Polished floors throughout apartment.
Living area: 55 inch TV,leather couch which could be transferred into double bed ,coffee table, rugs and a vacuum cleaner.
Kitchen/dining: full kitchen with all necessary dishes and cooking appliances,fridge and a dining table.

Ensuite and European laundry: Shower with a "rain water shower head and LED water temperature indicators,front loader washing machine,iron etc.

Balcony: Huge balcony( over 60m2) on 2 sides of the house, there is BBQ on the balcony for your use and the outside set with small table.

Back yard: Plenty of parking, you can use entire back yard with care and self responsibility.

Bring your tent for kids, boat, caravan etc, plenty of space for it. Access code for the electronic lock will be provided prior to your visit.
Limited or no interactions with other guests or owners, as you will be provided access remotely( just have your smart phone available)

600 meters to the boat rump and the beach of Port Phillip bay. 15 kms to the Ocean beach at Point Lonsdale. IGA shop, fish & chips, bakery and a few places for dining out are 500-600 meters from the house.

You can get bus #60 from the Geelong Station, which stops almost opposite of the property or drive to St Leonards 20 minutes from Geelong or about 75 minutes from West Gate Bridge.

Apartment is for 4 people to stay, additional max 2 people could be stayed for an additional payment. Strictly no smoking inside of apartment.

If a download successful, you will see a picture of the house with address and a circle, which is "red" , when the lock is locked and "green" when it is open. Make sure you are within 5-6 meters to the lock and your Bluetooth is on.

NO SMOKING :
Strictly, there is to be no smoking inside the house, If you breach this condition, then, I'm afraid, I will pass on the costs associated with removing any smoke odours and burn marks. Sorry for being so strict but as I am non-smoker I would like my house to remain the same. You can smoke outside and must not bring the ashes or the cigarette butt into the house.

PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES inside of the apartment, as it has polished timber floors which could be scratched by shoes and make an unnecessary noise which could affect the residents of the ground floor apartment.

USE your logic and have a shower after the beach, do not spread sand all over the apartment.

NO PETS :
Sorry no pets are allowed in the house.

DO Not use a bath towels as a beach towels.

NOISE :
Maximum guests allowed to stay is 6, Please treat others in the same way you'd like to be treated. Avoid any noisy activity after 11.00 pm.

PARTIES :
The advertised rental is for domestic use only and not for commercial use. The rental rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions or parties in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of the security deposit and/or additional payments

WASHING :
You're very welcome to use the washing machine for your personal clothes.
If you're going to wash the supplied Bed Linen, Towels, and other Manchester, then please Wash the Whites Separately. Please Do Not Mix Towels & White Sheets with Coloured Fabrics.

DAMAGE :
As a Guest, you are responsible for leaving the Apartment in the condition it was in when you arrived. You acknowledge and agree that, as a Guest, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals who you invite to, or otherwise provide access to, the Apartment. In the event that a Host claims otherwise and provides evidence of damage, including but not limited to photographs, you agree to pay the cost of replacing the damaged items with equivalent items. Please take special care of polished floors throughout apartment. You can eat on the beds, if you are prepared to be charged for replacement of blankets, pillows etc.

Please remove used bed linen and place it into a basket at the bathroom. DO NOT place a wet towels together with bed linen.

Fantastic host, friendly and accommodating. Great house: very modern and clean. Location wise, nice and quiet area while being close to shops. Highly recommend this to all the other Airbnb-ers out there.

This is a 2 bedroom apartment which makes up the entire top floor of a residential 2 bedroom house. It has its own entry up external stairs at the rear of the building and basically offers complete privacy from the owner downstairs if there. Off street parking. The furnishings are not particularly stylish, but comfortable. The apartment has been recently renovated, has beautiful polished floorboards throughout, and new bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are modest, but have all you need. Its 500m or so to the boat ramp at the end of the road, and then another 1km or so along the pretty foreshore to St Leonards central where there is a great little playground for the kids, jetty (plenty of people trying their luck for squid), pub, pizza joint, fish and chips, cafe, good sized IGA supermarket etc. Its less than 20mins drive to Queenscliffe - a good alternative base for exploring the district. Would recommend as a value for money option for a couple + up to 2 kids who can share a queen bed, or 2 couples - unless you want someone sleeping on the sofa bed in the only living area.

Great location and very quiet. Apartment was spotless with new bathroom and super comfy beds. Would point out that the apartment is top floor of house only, you go have your own private access via back stairway. Sergey said they rarely rent out bottom floor but worth checking with him if that is something that would concern you. Sergey was welcoming and flexible.

In a quiet little pocket, this home is a great base to enjoy the Bellarine Peninsula. Everything was so close! Very clean, modern and spacious, and great value for money.
