The White Pine Shanty (king bed and queen bed)

Our adorable Shanty has all the comforts of home and is in the perfect location to spend time in Houghton Lake or head out on a few day trips! We're a block from the lake w/access at the end of the street to put your canoe or kayak in (boat launch is only a mile away!). We have a king size bed upstairs, and another room with a queen bed. We have a full kitchen, front porch, and a firepit area with a gas grill. Catch up on TV, do a puzzle, or sit outside and enjoy coffee!

Enjoy everything Northern Michigan has to offer at the Romanski Retreat! Summer is gorgeous near the lake with boating, fishing, swimming, beaches, fireworks, BBQs on the extra large back deck, campfires under the stars, local craft fairs, air shows, Bud Bash, and perhaps a glimpse of the Northern Lights! Our rental cottages are a very unique set-up. We offer a side by side duplex, both are directly on the water. This is a GREAT set-up to bring the in laws or family friends. Open your front door and look out the large living room windows to the beautiful waterfront. The private lakefront consists of 75’ on the water, 100’ foot of dock, very sandy bottom great for swimming, bon fire pit and much, much more. This listing is for entire duplex, (2 cottages).
