Close to beaches, golf courses, museums, nature reserves and the castle and whisky trail situated directly on the NE250 driving route.

Once a simple old stone cottage dating back to the 1700s, Crossgates has been lovingly refurbished to become a charming characterful holiday home. Inside the small yet perfectly formed cottage is a welcoming sitting room with a wood burning stove that leads through to two lovely bedrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen where tasty meals can be prepared with ease. Completing the property is a toilet/shower room, a porch with seating and a large mature garden which wraps around the house.

This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. 'Muggans' (named after the Mugwort that grows by the steps) is entirely off-grid and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable getaway, including a wood burning stove to keep you cozy, a wood fired hot tub to soak in under the stars and pizza oven for luxury campfire cooking.

The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
