Hermoso. El departamento es mucho mas lindo que en las fotos. La habitación es como un hotel de lujo, todo muy lindo. nada de ruido y temperatura agradable. Los utensilios y los electrodomésticos son de muy buena calidad. Tiene todo lo que necesita una familia. Tiene un hermoso patio que me permitió trabajar con tranquilidad. Los chicos quedaron encantados también. Patrizia es una excelente anfitriona. muy atenta. Nos presto bicicletas para poder recorrer toda la ciudad y sus hermosas playas. También presto una bici mas chica para mi hijo . El baño impecable. La cocina completísima, hasta tostadora tiene. Patrizia nos tuvo mucha paciencia explicándonos como usar cada electrodoméstico y con la explicación de la racolta differenziata. Patrizia fue a buscarnos a la parada de flixbus y también nos llevo cuando dejamos el departamento. Creo que cualquiera que se aloje con Patrizia va a tener un servicio de excelencia. Solo agradecimiento por haber pasado una estadía magnifica.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 ( 3 bambini e 2 adulti) dimora come da foto casa ben tenuta con ampi locali! Vista dal terrazzo magnifica! Piscina grande ben tenuta e pulita! Poco distante c’è un centro commerciale molto fornito ! Spiagge molto pulite e mare stupendo! Pardo è la moglie sono due persone molto discrete e cordiali, sempre disponibili a darti indicazioni! Che dire…. soggiorno perfetto che consiglio a chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza all insegna del relax! Ci torneremo sicuramente ! Consigliatissimo

Antonio è stato davvero super gentile con noi in tutto, dal check-in, al check-out. Ci ha supportato anche con consigli x affrontare al meglio la nostra vacanza. Più di una volta è venuto a trovarci per chiederci come stesse andando. Casa molto caratteristica e ben arredata.

Our stay at Casale Bavi was wonderful. The house comfortably accommodated four people, providing a pleasant and cozy environment. È stato un soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La casa è in un'ottima posizione, tranquilla, di notte non si sente alcun rumore. Il paese è comunque vicino e vi si possono trovare tutti i servizi necessari. L'appartamento è perfetto con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, anche per una lunga permanenza. Kathleen e Ivo sono stati degli host impeccabili: ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili per passare una bella vacanza. Ci siamo sentiti come ospiti a casa di amici e la presenza del loro cane Vasco ha reso tutto ancora più bello. Consiglio vivamente.

Appartamento molto carino. Ancora di più rispetto alle foto. Sembra davvero di essere a casa della nonna. Alloggio pulito e curato, vicino al mare e con una passeggiata di una quindicina di minuti ti ritrovi in pieno centro. È presente tutto l'occorrente per passare un piacevole soggiorno. La zona in cui è ubicata la casa è molto tranquilla, ma in pochi minuti puoi raggiungere supermercati, panetterie, farmacie, ristoranti, edicole, ecc. Domenico un padrone di casa impeccabile! Grazie ancora di tutto e a presto!

Już od chwili rezerwacji kontakt z gospodarzem był wzorowy – szybkie odpowiedzi, szczegółowe informacje i powitanie na miejscu. Apartament gustownie urządzony, z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Wyposażenie było nowoczesne: wygodne łóżka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, szybkie Wi-Fi i ogród dla Naszej dyspozycji. Czystość była na poziomie – wszystko lśniło, a atmosfera była przytulna i domowa. Lokalizacja to kolejny atut. Nocleg znajduje się niedaleko tętniącej życiem promenady i nadmorskiej plaży. W okolicy kawiarnie i sklepy. Gospodyni zadbała o Nas przygotowując mapę miasta z zaznaczonymi miejscami wartymi zobaczenia.

Claudia met me at the apartment to show me around. The apartment was lovely. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was best used in the daytime...as during the evening the mosquitos did come out. But Claudia did provide mosquito repellent. Parking was super convenient. The building and neighborhood were quiet. Was a short walk to the water and castle. Thank you!

Gianluca hat die Wohnung umfassend renoviert, es sind neue Fenster in allen Räumen, das Bad ist neu und schön eingerichtet, die meisten Möbel sind auch neu. Eine Grundausstattung an Essen ist vorhanden, dazu reichlich Kaffee und Frühstückszubehör. Gianluca hat uns gute Restaurants empfohlen und auch ein paar Informationen zur Gegend in der Wohnung.

Il soggiorno presso la casa di Fabrizio è stato impeccabile: la casa è situata in una zona tranquilla e strategica per poter raggiungere sia il mare, che il Parco Nazionale per fare escursioni e trekking (consigliatissimi!), è dotata di tutti i confort, oltre che di una terrazza che dà su una vista splendida. Fabrizio è stato sempre disponibile, amichevole e pronto a darci consigli sul territorio. Appena torneremo in Abruzzo, la casa di Fabrizio sarà un riferimento!

L'appartamento è pulitissimo e ben attrezzato e si trova in una zona splendida. Trovare l'host non è stato complicato e abbiamo ricevuto ogni informazione utile. Lo consigliamo per un soggiorno tranquillo nell'Appennino abruzzese.

Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!La casa è davvero enorme ,al di sopra delle aspettative ed in posizione splendida di fronte al mare.Accoglienza perfetta... torneremo sicuramente!

Das Haus ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück, hervorragend ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Alleinlage in wunderschöner Landschaft lässt einen zur Ruhe kommen und sich sofort zuhause fühlen. Die vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten in dem herrlich angelegtem Garten und dem Pool bieten viel Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war unheimlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, Check in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Janet war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Definitiv eines der schönsten Häuser, die ich je gemietet habe. Leider waren wir nur eine Woche da, aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, so das möglich ist.

My friends and I had the most amazing time here. We came for a weekend getaway, we had train delays and our hosts Carmine and Paola were quick to help us and drive out to a train stop and bring us all the way to the airbnb. They gave us the most amazing welcome and hospitality, extremely helpful and welcoming. The airbnb was breathtaking with the most scenic views. The airbnb was spotless when we arrived. We’ll never forget this trip due to our amazing hosts. We 100% recommend booking this airbnb!!!

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

Casa Monte Majella was just perfect for us (6 adults + one baby). We really enjoyed the beautiful view to the mountains and the swimming pool. If you have a car, it's easy to get around and see so many different things: the see, the mountains, wine tasting and beautiful nature at Majella national park. Lisa and Stefan are really helpfull and wonderful people, thank you so much! Loved to come back some day. Tusen tack 🙏

La struttura è bellissima, confortevole, elegante ed accogliente nello stesso tempo, comoda negli spazi e curata nell' arredo e nei particolari, cucina attrezzatissima. L' esterno è molto ampio: un patio ben attrezzato ed un prato esteso molto curato con ulivi e con vista sulle colline circostanti, presenti anche amache e giochi per bimbi. L' host Matteo super gentile e presente all'occorrenza. Tutto molto bello. Super raccomandata.

Beautiful place in heart of L’Aquila - elevator accessible for luggage was a bonus and host was ready to greet us in and helped us get a taxi, local recommendations, and had delightful local snacks, drinks ready for us. Clean place and comfortable beds! Thank you for a wonderful stay, our first time in Abruzzo and loved it!

Appartamento molto bello,ogni confort presente:aria condizionata canalizzata in ogni locale,balcone con tende solari automatiche e motorizzate,macchina per il caffè a cialde,lavastoviglie,letto comodo. Arredamento nuovo,wifi veloce e Smart tv. La casa e’stata trovata pulita ed ordinata,profumatori in giro per casa e palazzo. molto comodo il lavandino in balcone per sciacquare i costumi. Distante dal mare 10 minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento,meno di un km,2 discount,un supermercato Conad e altri comodi negozi. Per raggiungere centro e spiaggia a disposizione ci sono biciclette. Parcheggio privato all’interno del cortile protetto da cancello. Consigliato per un ottimo soggiorno a prezzi ragionevoli

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, spotless, and just steps away from the beach. Having a supermarket right across the street and so many great restaurants nearby was super convenient. Manuel is an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the sea!
