We loved our stay at Lavonne’s peaceful, quiet, relaxing suite. I was exactly what we needed. Very beautifully and well thought out. The kitchen has every pot, pan, utensil, bowl, and appliance you can imagine. All immaculate! And a stocked pantry of spices, oil and vinegar and a few basics. I especially loved sitting out in the garden enjoying a glass of wine and some delectable cheese from Kootenay Co-Op after crazy days of dealing with my mother’s estate. It was the perfect spot to decompress and reground in. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness, we will be back!🙏🏼☺️

perfect ski hang, steps to the lift

Loved our stay at Hummingbird! The suite was beautifully designed and decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the open and spacious kitchen area and the patio. Being right at the resort, it was so nice to be able to get to the lifts in the morning without worrying about parking and to be able to come back for lunch. Would 100% stay again!

We enjoyed the walkable location and beautiful deck. Condo was well appointed and comfortable for two.

Well located close to the chairlifts, clean and functional apartment with a king bed in the upstairs loft and a murphy bed on the lower level. Handy and secure storage room in the hallway by the front door to the apartment, perfect for snowboards/skis and boots, etc. Karen was responsive and prompt in all communications, and provided helpful information on restaurants and activities around Red Mtn and Rossland. The apartment is located in a building called 'The Crescent at Red', and the undercover parking space was tight for our F150; smaller vehicles will have no issue however, and there is also plenty of parking in the lot outside the front door to the building. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Amy’s place is wonderful! Very clean and had all the amenities needed for our weekend stay. Amy is a top host, quick to respond and respectful. I would recommend her bright spacious basement suite for sure 😊

Great location in Downtown Nelson. Walkable to shops and restaurants but still felt private and secure. Great gear shed to lock up bikes and skis. house was clean and well appointed. Tracy was very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back.

I had a lovely spring stay at Shannon’s Silica Suite. The suite is spacious and sparkling clean, and it is well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Nelson. The location is great and very walkable to get to Baker Street for cafes, shops and restaurants. Shannon was a responsive, helpful, and accommodating host. I would recommend this suite to anybody looking to visit Nelson and hope to stay at Shannon’s place again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's. The location is perfect, easily walkable to anywhere in town. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The entire home was spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a few nights while skiing at Red Mountain and Whitewater. It is conveniently ~50 minutes to each resort. The place worked out great for my wife and I and 2 friends. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all of our meals at Tyler’s place. The beds were comfortable and clean. There is minimal cell service in the area, but the WiFi worked great! Thanks for hosting us!

This home is even better then it looks (and it looks pretty good). Great privacy, views, and comfortable amenities. The house is also well stocked with everything you would need. I Have stayed in many airbnb and this one stands out as one of the best for a reasonable price. Also the host communicated well and there was a nice arrival basket with a few treats to tide us over until we got groceries. Highly recommend.

The Bear den is in a nice, quiet location with beautiful views and easy for access to skiing and close to downtown Nelson. It has a full functioning kitchen, and the Bear den is beautiful and very comfortable and clean with wonderful extra touches. It felt warm and restful at the end of a day skiing. Jessica was easy to connect with and she answered quickly. We enjoyed our stay at the Bear den, and felt very safe. This is a place we would visit again.

Very spacious, beautiful ski in-ski out condo! We stayed for 6 nights with our family and friends (including young children) over the Christmas break and had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious with two large bedrooms. There was lots of seating and a well equipped kitchen. The condo was a quick 5 min walk to the ski hill and was manageable with our 8, 5, and 3 year old kiddos. There is a large ski locker on the main floor for gear. The only tricky thing was there is only one assigned parking spot and we had two vehicles. We were very lucky to get an available visitor spot for our other vehicle each day (there are about 4 in the parkade). Wonderful spot with amazing skiing and we would love to come back!

This airbnb may be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Spotless. It is a pleasing space to vacation in. The location, while a little on the more industrial side, is super close (1+ block) and walkable to Nelson's downtown. The beds/ linens were super comfortable. It may be helpful to know the main bedroom is upstairs in a loft area; it worked well for us.

Luke was extremely helpful and accommodating. He kindly offered us an earlier check-in, as the place was ready the day before—a gesture we truly appreciated that made us feel very welcomed. The hot tub was superb and easy to use, and the Nescafé coffee machine was well-stocked with a great variety of coffee pods. The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Luke!

Place was as listed. Clean, updated interior, comfortable. host was accommodating. Parking was a little annoying. Road out front quite busy during the day. No issue sleeping traffic calmed down at night.

this spot is great! it's ski-in from red mountain and a short 8 minute walk to the base of the mountain (there's a sidewalk on the main road to the base lodge). the dining/living room was more spacious than I was expecting from the photos. the larger bunk beds worked well for our large group. there was some cooking supplies like oils and spices which was handy! the storage locker was really helpful and fit 5 sets of skis, poles, and boots (it's also heated in there so you can leave your ski boots and not worry about them getting too cold). the hot tub is shared with the complex.

We enjoyed our extended stay at Rebecca's charming apartment in downtown Nelson. The location was convenient to restaurants, shops and walking paths. Not to mention an easy drive to the ski hill. Rebecca is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The apartment was picture perfect, so comfortable - not to mention very private and quiet while located in the middle of town. Thank you so much for such a memorable and cozy stay!

Great location for Red Mt skiing!

... and the award for the best airbnb ever goes to ... Erin! Seriously top notch hosting in this hidden gem of a town! We could not ask for more for our few day stay in Nelson! Erin made sure to fully equip this apartment above and beyond any possible expectations, and has managed to exceed all of them by far. Needless to say, we had the absolute best time here and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The location is perfect, with amazing food served right next door, and literally all the best restaurants are a stone throw away from the front door, a few minute walk, and the whole town is your oyster, pretty much! I cannot recommend this place enough, it epitomises the perfect combination of luxury and homely accommodation together with the personal touch of a superb host! Will most definitely repeat! 5 stars + 5 stars = 10 star experience! ☺️
