Beautiful 1 bedroom (King), 1.5 bathroom Townhome on Walton Creek. Enjoy this tranquil setting along Walton Creek with amazing views of Mt Werner and surrounding wetlands. This is the perfect place for couples (or small families) with 1 quiet well behaved dog. Townhome includes a well supplied full kitchen, TV, WiFi, queen sofa sleeper & easy parking. The location is close to skiing at Mt Werner, bike path along the Yampa River and is on the bus line for convenience to shops and restaurants.

Salt Shed Flats is located in the heart of the historic Hayden Granary. The Yampa (Unit 1) features a queen bed, and pull out couch. These are cozy, comfortable, and well stocked units for any length of stay in Hayden, Colorado! Located 30 minutes West of Steamboat & 5 minutes from Yampa Valley Regional Airport. The Flat is located near a brewery & food truck, yet typically all is quiet after 10pm. There is an additional pet fee, cleaning fee for 10+ days and monthly stays.

Our place is close to free public transport to the ski area, art and culture, the city center, and parks. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. The apartment is within walking distance of all downtown Steamboat. Picturesque beauty is outside your door! Please note that the apartment doesn’t have a balcony or outdoor area but you are only steps away from the Yampa River trail. Apartment includes one designated parking space!

Nicely renovated apartment in quiet neighborhood!

This beautifully renovated apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from both the resort and town. Enjoy fantastic views of the ski slopes, easy access to the trail system that leads right to town, and the peace and quiet that comes with being nestled in an aspen grove.
