The Desert Willow House: An A+ Accommodation!

This cute home boasts a very peaceful and classy vibe. It is located in the heart of town on a quiet street. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has its own Roku TV and its own full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV with a Roku. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The couch has a queen sized memory foam mattress that can be pulled out and made into a bed. This house just invites you to rest and enjoy your time in style as you slow down in our cute little west Texas town of Ballinger!!

Lake Front Villa with Hot Tub

Relax with the family or your best friends at this relaxing Lake house. Our peaceful Lake Front Villa is on the banks of Lake Nasworthy, with beautiful shade trees, and whitetail deer that you can feed by hand. The evenings in this cozy villa are perfect for enjoying a drink, watching unforgettable sunsets, cooking on one of the many grills or making s’mores with the family. If you are in San Angelo for business or pleasure, you will enjoy high speed internet, and ample space to relax or work.

Peach Tree Guest Haus-Cottage

This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

The Cabin

Our cabin is in north Coke County near the small ghost town of Sanco. The property has been in our family for 5 generations. It offers beautiful views, sunrises, sunsets and star gazing. Come enjoy the views from the wrap around porch or the comforts of the couch. The small town of Robert Lee is just 5 minutes south where you will find Lake Spence, a 9 hole golf course, coffee shop, boutique and 2 restaurants. We are centrally located near, San Angelo, Abilene and not far from Midland.

1886 De-constructed: This unique 2-1 apartment is spread across the entire 2nd floor of a historic downtown Ballinger building. Recently remodeled from 1950's era offices into a beautiful living space boasting 14' ceilings, gorgeous original windows, and over 3k sqft of living space. The stone and shiplap walls have been uncovered and are on full display after being hidden for over 130 yrs. A variety of locally owned boutiques, antique stores, and restaurants are just steps away.

Great place for those with physical limitations with ramp and wide doorways.
