Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Rudina House Old Stone Village Stari Grad Hvar

Our House is located in a charming old stone village, 2 Kilometer from Stari Grad, on a lovely Hvar island. The ground floor is occupied by fully equipped open space kitchen, dining area and living room, equipped with all devices to make your stay comfortable . An internal staircase leads up to the second floor comprised of a two bedrooms, with sun-deck terrace, two bathrooms and gallery. The garden in the back of the house offers our guests romantic summer evenings with open-fire barbecue.

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.
