Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Garden View Annex Private Free parking River walks

Take a gentle walk from here along the Thames Path to historic National Trust Runnymede, with its tea shop, many monuments to Magna Carta and beautiful outdoor art works. Less than 2 miles from The Long Walk, explore Windsor and the Castle or visit Saville Garden in the Great Park. We're also close to Legoland. Old Windsor has lots of places to eat (see guidebook) all in walking distance, we're surrounded by beautiful walks and we're also on the direct bus route to Windsor and Heathrow.

Cosy 1 bed Guest Suite Esher private entrance

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

Lovely self-contained annex with shower room

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Self contained double en-suite bedroom with it's own private entrance. It is a bright airy room with quirky port hole windows. Bedroom features a comfy double bed, hanging and drawer space, tv, tea tray, mini fridge and wifi. En-suite features a large shower, basin and toilet. Situated on a quiet no-through road minutes walk from a small village and lots of free on-street parking. Please note as this is a fully self contained unit there is no access to kitchen facilities.

"The Annexe" a private quiet location

"The Annexe" is adjacent to our house and is located in Sunbury in a quiet private location overlooking an urban city farm. It is within distance to Sunbury village, the river Thames with fantastic pubs and restaurants. It is close to Hampton Court, Kempton Park, Train stations to Waterloo and Sandown park. It has a contemporary feel but tastefully designed. Separate private entrance, private courtyard and parking space.

Literary Annexe by the Long Walk

A town centre location in Windsor's residential "Golden Triangle". One minute from the famous Long Walk, this is a private annexe- part of a grade two listed house in a unique cul-de-sac. Two charming bedrooms and a cosy living area with book lined shelves, TV and a sunny aspect. There is free parking for one car.
