Vakantiewoningen met open haard in Runovići

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr geschmack- und liebevoll restaurierten Haus in Hanglage zwischen dinarischem Gebirge und Meer. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir genossen die Ruhe abseits vom Touristenstrom, das allabendliche Zikadenkonzert, die Sonnenuntergänge auf der vorderen Terrasse und die Abkühlung im kaum einsehbaren Jacuzzi auf der hinteren Terrasse. Danke an die sehr freundliche Vermieter-Familie - wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Hele fijne accomodatie om te verblijven, je kunt er helemaal tot rust komen. De enige buren die je hebt is een buurvrouw met haar hond en veel buur katten die af en toe even langskomen voor wat aandacht ( de hond en katten). Ivan stuurt je van te voren een duidelijke instructie hoe je bij de accomodatie moet komen. Daarbij ook als je wilt adviezen over de skywalk en restaurant in de buurt. Daarnaast is Ivan vaak snel te bereiken en worden eventuele problemen snel opgelost. Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Ivan.

en France nous avons un roman très connu où l'auteur (Marcel Pagnol) évoque avec nostalgie la demeure de ses vacances enfantines. Et bien c'est tout fait cela que nous avons retrouvé dans la maison d'Iva : des souvenirs à créer pour nos enfants. Tout est simple, tout est beau, l'acceuil est parfait, les chambres spacieuses...bref nous avons passé en famille de (très très) belles vacances.

Maja ist eine phantastische Gastgeberin. Die Lage des Objektes ist ein Traum. Maja hat alles liebevoll vorbereitet. Der Aufenthalt war rundum sensationell.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier! Alles hat exakt den Bildern entsprochen. Ria war super erreichbar, wir haben uns sofort wilkommen gefühlt und wir haben tolle Tips bekommen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, man kann einfach Mal den Kopf vom Alltag frei benommen. Auch schöne Ausflugsziele sind einfach zu finden und bei Fragen kann man sich auch jederzeit bei Ria melden, die tolle Empfehlungen hat!

A rating of 5 is not enough. We are delighted with this place. We were in August this year. The house is beautiful, new, clean, with a beautiful view, fully equipped. We had a house at our disposal with a large garden with fruit and vegetables, barbecue, jacuzzi and a swing for children. The hosts are wonderful, warm and friendly people. It is a great place to relax and the beaches of Makarska Riviera are 20-30 minutes away. We will definitely consider this place on our next trip to Croatia.

Fotografie od bazénu bohužel neodpovídají skutečnosti, kolem bazénu je plot a okolí je zasáhlé požárem, takže výhled do krajiny není hezký. Ubytování je je jinak čisté a lokalita je také velmi příjemná. Za velké plus považujeme kočky, které chatu navštěvují, je tam však jedna zrzavá, která potřebuje veterináře a dostávat od místních více jídla, aby se uzdravila. Krmte jí prosím.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Hosts haben uns persönlich empfangen und die schöne, sehr saubere Unterkunft gezeigt. Danach hatte man noch die Möglichkeit mit den Hosts zu kommunizieren und Tipps zu bekommen. Unser Highlight war der Whirlpool, den wir aufgrund der Wetterlage gut nutzen konnten. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man wert auf eine ordentliche und geräumige Wohnung legt.

Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Do plaży szło się schodami co przy wysokich temperaturach było uciążliwe ale nie trwało dłużej jak max 10 min. Widok z tarasu był obłędny! W pokojach było wszystko czego potrzeba. Wszystko funkcjonowało bez zarzutu. Plus za dostępność środków czystości, papieru i ręczników w razie potrzeby. Ozren i jego żona to bardzo gościnne i sympatyczne małżenstwo. Zostaliśmy obdarowani prezentami za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni. Polecamy bardzo pobyt w Podgora ! Do zobaczenia

Apartment with a terrace with lovely views- the sea and the mountains. We enjoyed having breakfast here every morning. The apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room with the kitchen. We appreciated two bathrooms and toilets. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful. There is very good restaurant nearby called Konoba Novak and also a bakery and a grocery store. The beach and the sea side promenade is about 7 minutes from the apartment. Mate was very responsive. We had a great stay!

I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Makarska! It’s one of the best apartments we’ve experienced on Airbnb. Here are some highlights: • Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach – we only used our car for grocery trips. • Private parking right in front of the house. • Fully equipped for long stays, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and excellent air conditioning. • Ideal for families with young children: a gate on the second-floor stairs, a small table with chairs, and plenty of drawing supplies. • Beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. • The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even surprising my kids with coloring books and puzzles, which made their day! It truly felt like home!

Tolle Aussicht, sehr große Terrasse, Küche sehr viele Utensilien, lieber Empfang und super Lage am Meer

Daniel welcomed us with a cheery smile and great sense of humour. His place was exactly as described - clean, well resourced kitchen, tv and comfortable beds. The outdoor space was comfortable and provided welcome shade. Daniel obliged us additional towels on the same day as requested and allowed us to check out at 2pm as we had a late departure. Great place and a superb host.

Дуже привітні, доброзичливі і цікаві пані Івна та її донька Бранка. Гарне помешкання, чисте і охайне. На кухні є все необхідне, навіть барбекю на терасі. Коло помешкання є великий супермаркет Кауфланд. До моря йти приблизно 20-30 хв. Але це навіть добре, бо є можливість прогулятися і роздивитися порт, кораблики, архітектуру. Поряд чудовий парк, прогулюючись яким, можна потрапити на неймовірно мальовничий пляж. Вересень-найкраща пора для відпочинку в Далмації: не спекотно, ще теплі вечори і тепле море (чисте і прозоре), мало туристів і купа місця на пляжі!

Was a beautiful stay, the hosts were very lovely and helpful people going out of there way to take us places/do our washing ect.. apartment has the best view worth the hike up the hill 😭

The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We spent two extraordinary weeks in a superbly equipped, very clean, comfortable and soothing house. Luka, a fantastic owner, is available, helpful and responsive and above all very kind. The view of the surrounding area from the terrace and the house is splendid. There are also some interesting activities to do in the area: several lakes, canyoning, wine tasting (quite good). There's a bakery nearby for breakfast and a few supermarkets nearby for food shopping. One detail remains to be mentioned: the noise from the road below at rush hour. Fortunately, the house is so well insulated that you are not disturbed when you are inside. And with the airco working well throughout the house, you can count on a good night's restful sleep. It's really just a detail, given the quality of the features and all the assets of this house.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa war mega angenehm und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und hat Granatapfelbäume, Apfelbäume, Birnbäume und der Baum von dem wir am meisten gegessen haben war der Feigenbaum, mit den leckersten Feigen überhaupt. Außerdem war das ganze Grundstück sehr sauber und man konnte sofort sehen das auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene sehr viel Wert gelegt wurde, was uns mit Kindern sehr wichtig war. Meine Kinder haben das Schwimmen und reinspringen mit den Schwimmwesten sehr gefallen. Vorallem der besuch von Katzen die wohl den Nachbarn gehörten, hatte unsere Kinder sehr erfreut. Naheliegend war auch das Meer (25-30Min) wohin wir einen Ausflug machten und auch Lebensmittelläden sind gut erreichbar(5-10min). Die Aussicht war auch mega, das ganze hat einen Landschaftsvibe da es auf dem Berg oben liegt. Was uns auch positiv auffiel waren die Insektengitter bei allen Fenstern und Balkontür. Alles in einem, sehr schöner Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern.

Rauhallinen ja yksityinen sijainti. Lähistöllä ei kovin paljoa tekemistä tai näkemistä ollut, mutta hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Majoittaja vastasi nopeean oli auttavainen. Asunto oli siisti ja tilaa reilusti 5 hengen perheelle. Perus kodinkoneet löytyi ruuanlaittoon. Autolle oli etupihalla paikka.

Das Gesamtpaket passt wunderbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin, tolles Haus. Sehr modern, neu und alles funktioniert. Die Lage ist klasse zum entspannen, mit dem Auto kommt man sehr gut Richtung Meer oder Richtung Berge. Ein Lidl ist keine 10min Autofahrt entfernt. Die Villa ist genau so, wie sie beschrieben wurde, darauf kann man sich verlassen. Der Pool und der Wirlpool sind optimal. Wir waren mit 8 Leute hier und jeder hatte ein tolles Zimmer. Alle Zimmer waren nahezu gleich groß, sehr ordentliche Badezimmer. Wirklich ein sehr toller Urlaub, mit einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin, sehr zu empfehlen!!

A must-stay! We enjoyed our time very much at this house. For one week we were living like royalties (it felt like). A wonderful pool, our own barbecue place and such a spacious villa. Beautiful trails right outside the house and the most amazing view. In addition Josko and his wife were excellent hosts, beyond what you can expect. Cannot brag about this place enough!

Wir haben die Zeit in Villa Lucella sehr genossen. Wir waren 9 Personen, wobei die Villa auch entspannt Platz für 10-15 Leute bietet. Die Unterkunft mit allen Ausstattungsmerkmalen entsprach 1:1 der Erwartung und den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Eltern des Vermieters wohnen nebenan, was wir eher positiv und unkompliziert wahrgenommen haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tollen Sportanlagen (Beachvolleyball, Tennis inkl. Flutlicht), die wir intnsiv genutzt haben sowie Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad gab. Einzig negative Kritik ist der wiederholte Geruch nach Rauch/Qualm in einem der Badezimmer in Verbindung mit dem Grillen (kam über die Lüftung). Alles in allem hatten wir eine großartige und unkomplizierte Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! All the rooms were very clean and beautifully laid out. We had all we needed for making meals in the kitchen and outdoor barbecue. The outdoor space is phenomenal with the covered terrace, gorgeous pool and breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. It was so peaceful to drink our coffee in the mornings and enjoy meals at sunset. Milan and Vedrana were amazing hosts and so helpful in suggesting places for us to visit and how to get there. They were very fast to respond to our questions. They gave local restaurant suggestions and helped us with a great parking lot location in Split. They suggested local beaches that ended up being nice and not so crowded. They gave us a great boat excursion option close by in Makarska! Milan visited us in the beginning to help us get settled (leading us up the winding road at night) and then halfway through our stay to make sure we had all we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Croatia!
