Eateries and shopping, 6 blocks to the Louisiana Tech University campus (great for walking, jogging, or biking). A few minutes' drive to any area of Ruston - 3 minutes from I-20. Centrally located to Grambling State University. There is a full kitchen, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in-shower, large living area with 50" TV & 4 bedrooms, 5 beds.

This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

Whispering Woods is nestled in a wooded area just outside West Monroe. Updated home is located 5 miles from I-20, 10 minutes from the new West Monroe Sportsplex & close to many local attractions. It is a safe, comfortable place for those attending events at West Ouachita, West Monroe, ULM, and LA Tech. It is perfect for groups of 6 adults or less, with several children. Guests will find everything necessary for a quiet, relaxing, safe stay. Host is easily contacted if needed.
