Quaint, rustic Victorian Terraced House

A quaint, rustic house with some modern touches and just a ten minute walk from the Marina and the delights of Whitby. I do not live at the property so you will have full use of the house. There is an open plan lounge / diner which goes through to a large kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one large but cosy double attic room with bath and toilet/ small sink, a room with two single beds, which is next to a newly fitted bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom also in the first floor.

A fantastic Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage situated close to the famous Magpie Cafe, Whitby harbour and Whitby’s bustling town centre with all its appeal. Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

Moorview is a private one bedroom semi detached whole property with twin beds. Located a short distance from the North Yorkshire moors with easy access to the popular seaside resort of Whitby. Downstairs is an open plan living space featuring a fully fitted kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom. Holme Cottage is located on Riverside View (No. 15 at the top of the hill), off Larpool Lane within an historic location looking across the Larpool Viaduct over the river Esk. The house has three bedrooms, a family bathroom, cloakroom, lounge plus open plan dining kitchen, and plenty of outside space, gardens and parking. Bookings for full weeks from Friday to Friday please. Long weekend bookings preferable from Friday to Monday during peak periods.
