2nd Home Ryogoku 私の家は2025年6月にフルリフォームした清潔感溢れる一軒家です。小さな古民家を暮らしやすいように作り替えました。リビングはコンパクトですが必要なものは全て揃っています。水回りは全て新品に入れ替えました。 私の家からJR両国駅へは徒歩5分でアクセス可能です。両国駅へは秋葉原から4分、上野御徒町6分、新宿23分、渋谷30分でアクセス可能です。スカイツリーへはバスで12分、浅草までもバスと徒歩で10分圏内という立地です。 「東京で暮らすように旅をしてほしい」という思いでこの家を作りました。コンパクトながら快適に過ごせるように様々な工夫をしています。 【ご予約前に必ず確認お願いします】 -寝室は2階で、傾斜のある階段を上がる必要があります（写真参照）。昔ながらの造りのため、音漏れや断熱不足、匂い、虫の発生を感じる可能性があります。 -大通りに近く、日中は大型車による揺れがある場合があります（夜は静かです）。耳栓を用意しています。 -トイレや天井がやや狭く、体格の大きい方はご注意ください。 ホストの平均評価は4.95、850件超のレビューがあります
