Our property is in the quiet, leafy area of Canford Cliffs, 1-min from the Cliffs and 3-mins from the award-winning beaches. with two secure parking spaces & electric gates, the first floor flat is at the rear of the property overlooking the garden and sleeps 4+2. A spacious 2-bed, 2-bath flat with extra z-bed, high chair and travel cot plus all linen and towels included. Easy walk (300m) to village shops and deli. Flexible accommodation to suit friends, family or workers. Wifi on tap!
The flat is accessed via a telecom buzzer for extra security, enabling you to speak to someone at the front door before allowing them in. Our flat comprises one double bedroom, with ensuite shower room/WC/sink and heated towel rail, complete with television and DVD player. The second bedroom can either be a double or a twin room, with hotel-standard interlocking beds and the space to add a z-bed in as well, for children and it has it's own TV. A travel cot is also provided for those with young families, giving plenty of sleeping arrangement options to suit most requirements. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains to help everyone sleep as well as possible. A second, family bathroom is situated near the bedrooms and has a bath as well as a shower screen and shower head, WC and sink and heated towel rail. The sitting room is bright, airy and has plenty of comfortable seating, TV, DVD-player, games, books for all ages and an iPod docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with seating for six, a large gas hob, oven and a generous fridge/freezer, extractor hood, champagne glasses, wine glasses, large and small glasses, Neptune mugs, crockery and cutlery. Also provided are tea towels, oven gloves, linen napkins, kitchen scales, hand blender, flask as well as ample pots, pans and baking trays. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate laundry/utility room, off the main corridor, as well as an iron/ironing board, hair dryer and clothes airer. All linen and towels are provided, including tea towels and bath mats and there is a large storage cupboard off the main corridor for coats, hanging space, bags, clothing, shoes etc. Whilst we have two private parking spaces at the flat, should you decide not to use a car, there are bus stops at either end of our road so you have immediate access to easy transport links all round the area. The nearest train stations are Branksome station (2.2miles) or Bournemouth station (4.5miles) and we love cycling from the flat to the beach down the path and along the sea front.
Canford Cliffs is a leafy, quiet, green neighbourhood with very little traffic noise but immediate accessibility to the beach, local shops and a variety of restaurants...all within a 2-3 minute walk. Canford Cliffs village is a 3-minute walk away where shops, banks, bakeries, cafes, a deli, newsagents, restaurants and hairdressers are all situated. Several quality restaurants are also all within a 2-3 minute walk of the property and Canford Cliffs beach is just down the path at the end of the road.

Our accommodation is light and sunny, sitting in a sylvan setting in a quiet road. Built in 2015 it was designed with eco credentials and enjoys an EPC A rating. Located just a ten minute walk from award winning sandy beaches. In the summer there is an outdoor solar heated swimming pool which guests have sole use of from noon until dusk. There is a small pool house adjacent to the pool with wc and shower. Seating by the pool will be provided.
Entrance door at ground level opens into utility space with adjoining shower room with wc. Utility space has sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Under stairs cupboard houses ironing board etc. Upstairs is open plan with fully equipped kitchen area at one end and living space at the other. There is a king size bed, two seater settee and dining table with four chairs. There is a new free view television and wi-fi access.
We live in a quiet side road with mature trees and shrubs all around. The beach is a fifteen minute stroll away and there are local shops, pubs and restaurants about ten minutes walk away.

  • Absoluut vlekkeloos, met alle nodige voorzieningen. Derek en zijn vrouw zijn aardige gastheren die er alles aan deden om ervoor te zorgen dat we alles hadden, vooral voor onze peuter. Ik zou een verblijf in het bijgebouw ten zeerste aanbevelen als je in Poole verblijft omdat de locatie erg dicht bij het strand was en niet ver van andere bezienswaardigheden!

  • Prachtige plek, heel bijzonder met alle aandacht voor detail en doordachte extraatjes, Margaret en Derek zijn aardige, aardige gastheren. Locatie ideaal op loopafstand van stranden, restaurants en voorzieningen. Tal van mooie plekken op rijafstand als je een auto hebt, geweldige uitvalsbasis voor sightseeing. Gebruik maken van strandhut en toegang tot zwembad was een bonus. Zou het ten zeerste aanbevelen en hoop zeker opnieuw te bezoeken 10/10.

    We have a beautiful family home with a large garden, near the beach and walking distance from the “village” of Canford Cliffs. There are 2 rooms upstairs with a large en-suite shower room off the double room. You would have privacy; breakfast is in our dining room. You’ll have your own tea and coffee facilities but can also use our kitchen by agreement. The twin bedroom is ideal for one adult or 2 children. If you want both rooms, you need to book for “3 people” and pay the extra.
    This is a family home and we are welcoming, flexible hosts. Our garden is particularly lovely, with lots of space to sit and chill out. We are near the beach and within easy reach of both Bournemouth and Poole, being located on the border of the two towns. The New Forest and the Purbeck are both nearby.
    We are walking distance from the beach and a short drive to Sandbanks. Bournemouth, Poole, Studland and the New Forest are all within easy reach and there’s a railway station at Branksome, five minutes drive away.

    Welcome to The Canford Cliffs Boutique Holiday Flat, this flat is one of six flats we have. This flat is situated in the prestigious BH13 just minutes from the 7 miles of glorious sandy beaches. If you are attending a wedding at The Italian Villa then this is a perfect flat to stay in as its walking distance OR maybe one of FJB Hotels OR maybe a family holiday where you don't want to join the car parking queues where you can walk to the beach!!!! The position is ideal.
    Lovely large and 3 bedroom flat. There are 2 double bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The lounge has a sofa bed and a dining room table to sit 8. The kitchen is fully furnished with all we think is needed. There is a bathroom with double shower and a separate bathroom. Please be aware the flooring on the hallway and landing are very rustic with natural wood and the obvious wear and tear that comes along with with natural floors I would advise children have slippers or socks during their stay Again please note the flat is above a restaurant .

A short walk from the property is Canford Cliffs Chine which is a beautiful, tree-lined walkway which leads down to the fine, golden sandy beach. The beach is eight miles long, stretching from Hengistbury Head in Christchurch to the tip of Sandbanks Peninsula. The wide, level promenade is perfect for a bike ride, scoot or walks along the seafront. With its Blue Flag status, it is one of the finest beaches in England. The high street boasts an array of shops including a delicatessen, a bakery, coffee shop and bistros. There are also a number of pubs and restaurants to choose from that are all an easy walk from the house. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast.
