We stayed at the B & b Nonna Carmela for the long weekend of May 1. The house is situated practically "downtown" in Vitulano, a very quiet village, far from the frenetic rhythms of the city. We were looking for a few days of complete relaxation and the chance to take a walk between the paths of the Regional Park Taburno - Camposauro and we were very pleased. The house has been renovated very recently, we were 4 and we could take advantage of the double (the lodge also has another double room) and, virtually, a bathroom in pairs, since the room is on the ground floor It has a private bathroom. The whole house has been renovated allowing access to people with mobility difficulties; is therefore equipped with ramps and room on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom has just designed and built to meet, among others, the needs of people with disabilities or the elderly who move with difficulty. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and with some dishes but the Mariavittoria mom is always available to provide guests with everything they need. On arrival welcomed us quite the lady along with her husband, who immediately offered to take us on a tour of the country, illustrandoci the area's attractions, some restaurant / pizzeria and nodding to the history and interesting facts on the spot. So, to Mariavittoria and his "hospitality" family is the watchword! Staying at B & b Nonna Carmela allows, among other things, to take advantage of some discounts. We, for example, we spent a few pleasant hours at Adventure Camposauro Park (about 5km from the lodge) at a discounted price, and Mr. Nicholas's father Mariavittoria, has the ability to give away, guests who know how to ride, long horse rides in the mountains.

La maison est spacieuse, bien meublée, moderne et impeccable. Souci du détail et entièrement équipé pour les personnes handicapées. L'exposant est une personne agréable et plus utile. Il nous a donné de bons conseils pour nos besoins (nourriture, Voyage, ...), il a suivi étape par étape et il est avéré être d'un grand secours dans les difficultés que nous avons eues avec la voiture à cause de la neige. Hautement recommandé!

Juste nous sommes arrivés nous avons été impressionnés par la structure qui est moderne et meublé avec goût (avec bon goût!). Nous avons trouvé la super structure du point de vue de nettoyage! I had a great Francesca, the house is very cozy, nicely decorated and with a garden at your disposal. The house is situated in the medieval district of Benevento, a few steps from the center. F. has been very kind to me, I thought it was going to find a :) aunt. I highly recommend the room!

The room was just what we needed: central as location, friendly, clean, warm and very quiet to sleep after working hours. We were very good and for breakfast we had fantastic artisan biscuits. We will come back for sure :-)

Maria e sua mãe foram anfitriões incríveis. O apartamento era muito limpo e espaçoso, com uma bela vista para o antigo castelo. É uma pequena aldeia remota com o melhor restaurante por perto. A melhor comida caseira, com vista para a montanha e encantadores pessoas ao redor.

Nous ne rencontrons pas Emilio, comme nous comme hors de la ville, mais sa belle amie Antonietta venus nous accueillir. La chambre était belle et l'air flambant neuf. Bonne cuisine avec des trucs de base et parfait si vous voulez faire cuire un peu à la maison. L'emplacement est aussi parfait que vous êtes dans la vieille ville, à deux minutes à pied des zones piétonnes. Pour nous, il était l'escale parfaite sur notre long voyage en voiture à Rome.

Sono stata nell'appartamento di Adele per un fine settimana insieme al mio fidanzato e ai miei genitori per partecipare ad un matrimonio. L'appartamento è anche meglio di come appare in foto, pulito e ordinato e Adele è stata gentilissima ed ospitale. Ci ha fatto trovare asciugami in abbondanza, un ottimo kit doccia e tutto l'occorrente per la colazione. Inoltre, nonostante fossero giornate molto calde la casa era fresca e abbiamo dormito bene con letti confortevoli e cuscini altrettanto. L'appartemento è in una zona molto comoda a due passi a piedi dall'arco di Traiano da cui passeggiando si può visitare a piedi il centro della bella Benevento. Non ho alcuna critica anzi suggerisco caldamente il soggiorno da Adele per una visita a Benevento che merita!

Carlo's apartment is very well located just across from the lovely St. Sophia church. It us a pedestrian neighborhood. Traffic is minimal but there are plenty of restaurants and bars. There are also several historical sites within walking distance. What Benevento offers overlooked as it is not as popularly known as some other towns Carlo is a fabulous host who cares about the comfort if his guests and is also happy to supply them with ample information about the town. How was very helpful in making sure I got the most out of my visit to this lovely. Additionally, Benevento is very well located for travels to Naples, the coasts, and Rome.

We start from the position: Located in the historic center, which on one hand is fine, but unfortunately the other being frequented by young boys chattering until late at night, it becomes difficult to sleep a peaceful sleep, because it really looks like they are in the same room with you .. A stench of mold closed and that makes you vomit .. it was totally a disaster .. there was a dirty carpet on the chair near the fireplace, the kind of sofa beds, very dirty, covered with scarves equally horrible and dirty dust .. and cobwebs everywhere .. there was a table with all broken over a plug socket out of the office, with the wires in bellavista .. not only safe, but big symptom of degradation of the house. I start by saying that the property is on two floors. Entering the house there is a room that includes, entrance hall and kitchen, then a narrow staircase on two ramps leading to the second floor where there is a bedroom and bathroom. Alongside these stairs were dirty brooms and brushes to wash the floor .. all really obscene .. The stairs are narrow so much to have difficulty climbing suitcases. The bathroom was the most obscene thing in the house, was not only very old, but he had so much of that mold on the walls for nearly nn respirarci inside .. really very shabby and dirty .. there were pubic hairs in the bidet, a dirty rag on the window sill, cobwebs here too .. had replaced the shower head and had left there on the mobile .. electrical wires hanging not up to standard. But the icing on the cake folding door broken, that we could not close the bathroom door .. plus lacked toilet paper !!!! Even the garbage can had been emptied. I seriously doubt that they had replaced the sheets .. because even those did not have a good appearance. In short, it was an experience to NIGHTMARE !!! We felt cheated because the photos did not correspond to reality. Unfortunately we could not find other accommodation in the whole city and of course we had to stop one night, but it was really terrible. In fact the day after my partner took a bad allergy .. could not stop sneezing .. will was dust and mold that we breathed ??? I immediately made the cancellation, there were no other two nights, and I asked for a refund. The owner apologized and made available, but in reality I NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFUND .. alas even the site .. Bottom line .. Vettonia PESSIMA- EXPERIENCE !!!!!

Great place in Centro Storico. Marco was great and the place was well appointed. Two bedrooms, one with bunk beds, the other with queen size bed. Very comfortable. Stunning views from almost every window. Very clean and fresh. Lovely marble stairs, well equipped kitchen. Marco left lots of goodies for us. Very nice! Go to the concerts in the nearby church. Great restaurants a walk away. Parking is handy. You will have to walk a few minutes through the cobble streets but Marco helped with bags.

Ik verbleef in het Arthouse voor een maand en hadden een heerlijk verblijf. De kamer, ooit een kapel, is ruim en koel, zelfs op de heetste dagen en bevat elegante gepersonaliseerde details die Clara's artistiek tintje te tonen. Clare is warm en gastvrij, en kan veel goede adviezen over de omgeving.Het stadje Guardia Sanframondi ligt aan de kant van een heuvel te bieden; uitzicht vanaf het Arthouse kijken uit op de vallei, de naburige steden en dorpen. Het is een prachtig gebied om te verkennen, in de stad en daarbuiten. Clare's plaats is in het historische centrum, een klein deel van de stad die is opgebouwd uit heerlijk eigenzinnige straten, sommige net breed genoeg voor een persoon om doorheen te lopen. De mensen van Guardia tonen een trots op hun stad en een warmte aan de bezoekers. Ik zou zeker aanraden hier te verblijven als alternatief voor, of een onderbreking van de gebruikelijke toeristische hotspots.

Er zijn twee redenen waarom ik zou de magische Italiaanse Arthouse raden. De eerste is de mogelijkheid om te verblijven in een huis dat in de VS een historische schat (gebouwd in de jaren 1600, en gelegen tussen kronkelende middeleeuwse straatjes) zou zijn. De logeerkamer was de voormalige kapel van de grotere grand huis, en het huis biedt een uitzicht over het dal, dat niet mag worden gemist. In staat zijn om te verblijven in een 400 jaar oude huis is de moeite waard de kleine ongemakken die ermee verbonden zijn. De tweede reden is Clare zichzelf. Ze is een heel vriendelijk, het geven, genadig en bedachtzaam persoon. Ze betrokken ons met haar eigen activiteiten de drie dagen verbleven we, en deed al het mogelijke om mij te helpen, meer informatie over mijn opa en oma (onze reden voor een bezoek aan Guardia). We zouden er zeker weer verblijven, en als het bovenstaande je aanspreekt, moet je ook.

Een prachtige kamer in een prachtig huis en een geweldige gastheer. Ik had een geweldige week in Guardia. Clare is erg gul en vol positiviteit. Haar enthousiasme voor het leven en de cultuur in Guardia is besmettelijk en ik genoten van de ontmoeting veel interessante en leuke mensen. Het was ook geweldig om te ontspannen in de rust van dit stadje. Ik zal zeker terugkeren en verken verder het mooie land rond Guardia. Een inspirerende reis in veel manieren. Tante Belle Cose!

De ervaring van de Guardia Samframondi tijdens mijn eerste verblijf in Arthouse Guardia was zo geweldig, tot niet geringe mate te wijten aan Clare en haar betoverende huis, dat ik terug kwam, en ben nu in de hoop voor een verblijf in deze fascinerende stad voor onbepaalde tijd. Arthouse Guardia was mooi de eerste keer; het is sindsdien verbeterd (hoewel ik zou niet gedacht hebben dat mogelijk is) - er is nu een prima internet verbinding, en gewoon wachten tot je de prachtige slaapkamer u zal hebben! Clare is een gastvrij, gepassioneerd en goed geïnformeerde gastheer, die haar gasten zowel een unieke en eigenzinnige haven en een bijzondere kennismaking met deze stad, de mensen en de cultuur te bieden heeft. Verblijf hier zou een geweldige manier om een huizenjacht uitstappen om een vliegende start te zijn, en voor creatieve en kunstzinnige vormen de rijkdom van de ervaring kan zeker niet worden overtroffen. Ik kan het niet sterk genoeg aanbevelen.

Als u op 'zoeken' naar een plek om te stoppen, na te denken, te verkennen, adem, vernieuwen ... ga dan naar Guardia Sanframondi en blijven met Clare Galloway in haar geheel authentieke Art House - het is rustig, schoon, goed geprijsd en het meest uitnodigend ... en het logeerkamer biedt een slaap ruimte die volledig verstoken van lawaai! Zoals voor Clare, boek een bezoek en ervaar de echte deal voor jezelf!

Clare heeft gemaakt een geweldige oase in Guardia waar men kan gaan verjongd en tegelijkertijd werk te zijn. Na een week, ik verliet de ARTHOUSE vol van vreugde en hoop. Clare is een heel bijzonder persoon, en ik ben een rijker persoon haar ontmoet te hebben en we hebben verbleven in de ARTHOUSE.

Mijn zoon en ik verbleven met Clare voor 10 dagen, en we waren erg blij met onze gastheer, de accommodaties, en de charmante middeleeuwse heuvel stad van Guardia Sanframondi. Clare was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam, en inspirerend. De kamer is mooi, met een mooi klein balkon dat we erg genoten. Ik heb vooral genoten van het verblijf in het Centro Storico, het historische deel van de stad ... slenteren de pittoreske straatjes, genieten van de geluiden en de bezienswaardigheden ... perfect voor ons. Ik hoop om terug te keren!

Hoewel ik nog nooit eerder had ontmoet Clare of verbleven in haar mooie guesthouse, in een zeer korte periode van tijd, ik voelde me alsof we oude vrienden waren. De kamer was heerlijk ingerichte, ruim en comfortabel met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en de bergen van de Guardia. Clare was altijd behulpzaam en interessant en ik voelde me erg welkom. Logeren bij haar huis was een onvergetelijke en plezierige ervaring en ik ben blij dat ik de kans om haar beter te leren kennen!

We were drawn to Guardia since my ancestors were originally from the town. The apartment is beautiful and newly renovated. It's in the old part of town and has old world charm. It is a spacious unit with a view of the Basilica di S.Maria Assunta e S.Filippo Neri and the valley. Carlo was great to communicate with. He was there to meet us when we arrived and had friends close by that could help us throughout our trip. He was kind enough to wait with an umbrella to show us how to get to the parking area just down the stairs from the apartment. He had a bottle of wine, water and juice for our arrival. We absolutely loved staying here experiencing the old village with the ability to walk through the old stairways up to shops and restaurants. A spa is under construction only a few feet away from Carlo's door.

Apartment in the heart of the quaint old town, just renovated in a modern way without distorting the historical details of the building. A mix of past and present, welcoming, furnished with taste and attention to detail. Hosts helpful, friendly and discreet.
