“I love the support that this venue provides for new artist. It is just the right size so that every seat is a good seat. Lots of established talent as well as new talents. Newly renovated area to show off its donors and a small cafe for a lite bite before the play. Trust me..not the type of food that you will be stuffed and miss the play. Nice opportunity to talk and meet othere theater goers.”

“Lux is a local bar in the South Wedge. They don’t have food but they do have a great back patio. This is from their website. “In case you haven't heard, Lux is a kick ass bar in Rochester's South Wedge Neighborhood. Come eat some Chex mix, sit by the outdoor fire, look at some cool art, all while enjoying a delicious cocktail. We don't have a TV. We have a huge backyard (with a fire pit for those chilly Rochester nights), a kickin' Juke Box, lots of silly board games and a swanky pool table. At Lux, EVERYONE IS WELCOME! We don't care about the color of your skin or your hair. We don't care if you are gay, straight, (or both). We don't care if you love Allah, Buddha, Jesus, Or none of the above. We don't care what you wear (or decide not to wear). We don't care if you are fat or skinny, bald or sasquatch, young (well...at least 21) or a walking corpse. We just want you to be kind, open minded, non-thieving, good people. All you haters can stay at home. “Diners are an east coast staple and The Highland Park Diner a staple for Rochester. Their website states. “Highland Park Diner is a famous diner on the corner of Clinton and Goodman. The American Diner Cookbook and other books feature the Highland Park Diner. It is a 1940’s stainless steal long narrow train car like diner. It was manufactured by the Orleans Diner company of Albion, NY in the late 1940's. It would have been pre-built in their factory and moved to the site via rail car and truck, which is why diners of this type are always long and narrow. This diner may be the only surviving diner from this manufacturer (they only made 2 or 3 units total).”
