Vizcaya features a Main House filled with a decorative art collection, 10 acres of formal gardens, a rockland hammock (native forest), mangrove shore, and a historic village that is being restored to tell Vizcaya’s full story and provide additional spaces for programs." “Visit PAMM and learn about modern, contemporary and international art. Exhibitions highlight Miami’s diverse community and pivotal geographic location at the crossroads of the Americas. In addition to exploring the galleries, visitors can: enjoy waterfront dining at Verde restaurant; shop a unique selection of art books, furnishings and handmade items at the museum’s gift store; and take in the spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the elaborate hanging gardens. Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, PAMM provides an educational and civic forum for the County’s residents and visitors alike.”

Shopping Mall
“Lincoln Road is a world-famous shopping & dining promenade in the heart of South beach that features more than 200 national retailers, designer brands, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, and sidewalk cafes. In South Beach, Lincoln Road is the place to be. Arguably Miami's most well-known shopping center, the Lincoln Road Mall in South Beach is full of stores, boutiques, art galleries, and museums. Nearly the entire area of this open-air mall is closed to automobile traffic, making it a great place to stroll and people watch. You'll find Urban Outfitters, Madewell, Steve Madden, Melissa Shoes, Scotch & Soda, Nike, Lacoste, Forever 21, Adidas by Stella McCartney, BCBG Max Azria, Anthropologie, Ted Baker, Zara, Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, Zadig & Voltaire, Lululemon Athletica, and more. There are over 50 eateries in this 10-block stretch, so it is a true diner's paradise. These restaurants include Sushi Samba, Yard House, Mr. Bing, Pizza Rustica, Meat Market, Yuca, La Provence South Beach, Lokum Mediterranean Grill, Nexxt Café, and Rosa Mexicano. There are also a few breweries and hookah lounges like D’Vine Hookah Lounge, Hofbrau Beerhall, and The Abbey Brewing Co. Most stores are open daily from 10am – 11pm. Many restaurants, bars, and cafes on Lincoln Road remain open after the retail stores close.”

Mexicaans restaurant
“When you first show up at Bodega, you could easily mistake it for a popular neighborhood taqueria. Between the Airstream trailer serving tacos and the picnic tables, it looks like a low-key spot. It is that, but as you see the Ubers full of models and clubgoers arriving and disappearing into the small taco joint, you get a sense there might be something more going on. Look around for a guy with an earpiece at the back of the room and tell him your friend sent you, and you might just get directed to a back door that looks like an entrance to a Porta Potti. Pass through here and you’ll enter a graffiti-filled men’s washroom. It’s only after passing through yet another door that you will enter one of South Beach’s hot hidden nightclubs. The mixologists have an extensive menu that relies heavily on “illegal” mezcal, and the DJ keeps the room pumping all through the night. It caters to a friendly, slightly older crowd and makes for a good introduction to the South Beach scene minus the cover charge and lineups that you’ll find at clubs closer to the beach.”

Art Museum
“Adult admission: $10 Hours: Wednesday through Monday, 10am to 5pm The Bass Museum of Art is located in Miami Beach. Founded in 1963, it originally consisted largely of the donated private collection of local residents John and Johanna Bass, though it has since more than doubled in size and now includes pieces from a wide range of artists and donors. The permanent galleries reopened in late 2017 with a significantly expanded collection. Unfortunately, the expansion work came at a hefty cost that’s now passed on to the once-free museum’s customers. Check ahead for special exhibitions, most of which feature work from specific contemporary artists.”

“A must if visiting Miami Beach between October - May (stone Crab season): So here’s how it works. You tell your friends you’re coming to Joe’s. Invariably, one of your friends then tells you that he or she “knows a guy who’ll get you in.” You then get to hear all the tips and tricks you need to know to make sure you look and act like you’ve been to Joe’s before. The mystery and fun related to dining at Joe’s is ever evolving. So we thought it might be a good idea to put all the important information about coming to Joe’s in one place. RESERVATIONS You shouldn’t have any reservations about coming to Joe’s. That’s why we don’t take them. Just walk right in and give your name to the Mâitre D’. Guests are seated on a first-come first-serve basis. THE WAIT The wait at Joe’s bar is one of the more legendary “see-and-be-seen” events in all of South Florida. In fact, we know of at least two people who come to Joe’s regularly just for the wait. If, however, “see-and-be-seen” is not your thing, there are options that will help: • Come early. The crowds normally don’t get too heavy till after 7:00pm. • Fridays, Saturdays and holidays are typically much more crowded than a normal weekday crowd. • Joe’s Take Away is bit more laid back and has bistro tables and a great wine bar. • Order Online. Packages are shipped out overnight and there’s rarely a wait for your dining room table. DRESS CODE It’s Joe’s. Please choose an outfit in which we’ll both be comfortable. Casual, but neat attire. Men must have sleeves. No beach attire. No athletic wear. No cut off shorts. CHILDREN We welcome children at Joe’s, however Joe’s is typically pretty crowded. Our seating captains, waiters and busboys are all moving fast in order to deliver great service and cover a lot of area. In this atmosphere, a stroller can easily lead to broken plates, spilled drinks and an embarrassed guy in a suit sprawled out on the floor. So to avoid the tripping hazard we don’t allow strollers in the dining areas and we ask that children be supervised at all time.”
