If you are looking for a really good restaurant in the center for a proper lunch/dinner. You have to order their classic "Entrecôte Cafe de Paris" it is one of the most delicious things in Prague. It is located very close to the Charles Bridge but it isn't touristy. It is often full so a reservation is ideal.
