Kick off your day with a tour of the 550 acre Safari Drive and get acquainted with over 700 wild animals, from baboons to camels, wildebeest to tigers, all from the comfort of your own car. The drive through lion enclosure is a real highlight of the safari drive while for many visitors the baboons are the stars of the show. Whether up close, on the Baboon Bus or by taking the car friendly route, you’ll get a great view of the monkey madness; the boisterous baboons that have become Knowsley’s trademark.

Since the cruise terminal opened in 2007, the port has renewed its links with the great ocean liners of the world.

Superlambanana is a bright yellow sculpture located in Liverpool, England. Weighing almost 8 long tons (8.1 tonnes) and standing at 17 feet (5.2 metres) tall, it is intended to be a cross between a banana and a lamb and was designed by Manhattan-based Japanese artist Taro Chiezo. It currently stands in Tithebarn Street, outside the Liverpool John Moores University Avril Robarts Library/Learning Resource Centre, having previously been located on Wapping near the Albert Dock.

The band performs at the legendary Cavern Club throughout the week, including their all-era Beatle show every Saturday. Their attention to detail both musically and creatively is second to none. The band was cast after extensive auditions with help from legendary Beatles recording engineer Geoff Emerick.
