Huge variety of niche coffee shops as well as chains like Coffee Club & Starbucks. "The Kitchens" is a new section with fresh veg, meat, fish as well as more options for food such as Sushi, Italian, Betty's burgers, Tepinyaki and various pop up stalls. On the other end of Ron Penhaligan Way, The Lott is a great little coffee shop open for breakfast and all day menu. Next to that is a very popular Chinese and behind, off the street, a fantastic Thai. Remember lots of places now offer Uber Eats. Our favourite Italian is "Spaghetti & Jazz" and open nightly except Mondays. They do have take-away authentic pizzas but if you have time to sit in the restaurant, there is live music - Jazz!

Many clubs and restaurants. Always buzzing so worth walking around. One of our favourites is Moo Moo's. Great steaks! Further down the highway to Nobby's beach, Hellenika has great food but can be noisy due to popularity. Both make a great Caprioska! Further down at Burleigh, Justin Lane is a very popular Pizza restaurant - great toppings and always busy.

Start at Miami Surf Club and walk all the way up towards the Q1 - largest building you can see with a point.

There are literally tons of stand up paddle boarding places along our coast from Surfers to Kirra so google your favourite location. Palm Beach is beautiful and recommend the "pirate park". Walk just behind it through the forest and you'll come to a little stretch of beach where you can swim out to a mini island toward the end of the day when the tide is low. Just around the corner away from the pirate park under the bridge and you'll hit another quiet spot with paddle boarders and kayaks etc
