Many vendor inside this fabulous 'upscale' food court. Not upscale in terms of $ but just don't compare it to a mall food court. Each vendor specialized in a different cuisine or specialty : coffee vendor, desserts, BBQ, latin, oysters and seafood, chicken, etc. Go in with your whole group and everyone can get whatever they like and then all sit together either inside or out on the patio. All our guests find it really easy since you all get what you want and since you pay when you purchase your food, you can stay as long as you like. Everyone can find something to their liking and budget.

Brunch is amazing (one of our guests said it was the best brunch she'd ever had) only Sat. & Sun. for brunch, not open at lunch. Dinners are excellent.

This is my go to spot when I have family and friends visiting.
Not inexpensive, but food and decor and fabulous. Has a warm, modern charm. Check out their menu online. Everything is superb! Treat yourselves :)

You'll need to take a cab, but it's pretty close by in the Bywater. Famous for brunches, so expect a line. I advise going BEFORE noon. Praline bacon, many styles of eggs benedict (on fried green tomatoes rather than the usual English Muffin), Duck Waffle - which is pulled pork mixed with sweet potatoes and topped with a pepper jelly on a waffle (sounds crazy but it's amazing!)

Call to find out if house band is playing Dwayne Doopsie is local Zydeco royalty (Rockin' Doopsie's son) Not too much live music on Bourbon Street (oddly enough) but they are high energy and a blast to see. Almost always there late afternoon, early evening..
