All the old stand-bys like pizza, salads, sandwiches etc. A local favorite when it comes to basic food. They are also open until 10:30pm (late for San Pedro) so handy for late night food.

This is my favorite restaurant in San Pedro! Excellent Italian food presented by the family. The food is seriously the best I have found in California with all things homemade (the tomato sauces are amazing!). High quality, fresh ingredients boom with flavor! The atmosphere is very lively and fun; the family is all engaged in the business and love the business.
It can be busy from 6-8pm, especially on weekends do best to call ahead for a reservation (same day, ok) but easy to get a table early, or later on the dinner hours.
Complimentary bruschetta on arrival. Huge portions and very reasonable prices, go hungry or share (or take home for the next day)

Very interesting little museum about local marine mammals. They also have the whale census people there December through May to count migrating grey whales. Its very possible to see all sorts of marine life from that location. I have seen whales, dolphin, and even a pod of Orca! Orca seem to come around in Dec/Jan timeframe.
