Bethany College has a few miles of beautiful old growth forest trails in the woods behind Old Main. Recommended for an up close view of some ancient trees. The Parkinson waterfall trail was recently added to the West Virginia State Waterfall trail map.

Historic (1848) inn that is famous for it's wings. Lots of other good food as well. 15 minutes from Redbud Farm. Definitely worth stopping in for a meal.

Oglebay is a beautiful resort set in the rolling hills, about a 20 minute drive from our farm. Open to the public, and most things are free or low cost. Outdoor swimming pool, golf courses, outdoor concerts, glass museum, great trails, fishing, paddle boating, beautiful manicured gardens and greenhouses. Definitely worth a visit.
