Up the hill in the Stratton Village is the Stratton Deli and Market. They have a smallish grocery store with the essentials. They also have a soup and sandwich counter that is great for breakfasts (try the sausage breakfast burrito) and sandwiches. Liz is the main person working the counter and is the friendliest person you'll ever meet and knows all about the local area.

This isn't your normal burger, shakes and fries place. While they do serve all of those things (and sausages too), they are all exotic flavors. They take the normal menu and give it a bit of a twist.

This is an interesting little place only 8 minutes away (down the hill, turn right on route 30, and it is on your left immediately after where 100 north turns off). On one hand it is a standard breakfast diner serving eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches. Probably seats about 20 people.
On the other hand, they also serve pizza, burgers, and… asian food. The asian food is actually the speciality with dumplings, pad thai, and several other choices.
