Perdue's is a small town bar and grill. We enjoyed the bar while watching a game but are also comfortable taking our young kids in there for a family dinner. They are known for their "Horseshoe" and half price pizzas on game day.

Thyme has a unique and eclectic menu as well as a really impressive beer and liquor menu. I enjoy this restaurant because I can build my own flight from a wide variety of local brews.

This restaurant is a favorite of my wife and I. They have an incredible menu and the atmosphere is second to none. They have and outdoor patio area complete with Bocci Ball and giant Jenga.

Eli's is a quiet locally owned coffee shop. They also specialize in made to order baked goods. My wife and I will regularly grab a coffee and a table to work instead of heading into the office.

Friends of ours started this Coffee Bar several years ago and it is absolutely thriving. The atmosphere is bright and inspiring. Their drinks are delicious and creative and their in-house chef is always creating new delicacies for patrons.

3030 has the best Miel I've ever tasted. They have a smaller menu but they take pride in what they do. Expect to see some of the best latte art and taste some of the best coffee you've ever had.

Tremont Park has a playground, ample seating for picnics or group events, outdoor pool (closed during the school year), baseball field, basketball courts, and horseshoes. This is the site for the local festival at the beginning of June. There is also a small Ice Cream shop (Pinky's) next to the park on Route 9. They typically open in May before school gets out and are open through September.

Farmdale has one of the premiere single tracks in the Midwest. It is maintained by the Peoria Area Mountain Bike Association. In addition to riding the single track, my family and I routinely enjoys hiking the trails.
