Rod's Pizza Cellar
3350 Central AveThe best steakhouse in town. It is not a jeans and t-shirt kind or place but if you want to wear slacks and a dress shirt, you will be just fine. It is a little on the pricey side with the average meal starting around $35 per plate. It is well worth the money.

We absolutely love this German restaurant. It is partially underground in a cave like setting. They have an amazing bar with every German beer you can imagine. It is not unusual to have a local talent playing music on any given night!

This is downtown on bathhouse row. It looks retro because it is retro. This place has been in business for decades and you will be hard pressed to find a better local experience.

This is one of my favorite pizza places with craft beer and beautiful outdoor seating under the trees. I do not recommend this if you have any problems walking because you have to climb a pretty steep sidewalk to reach the restaurant.

Happy Hollow Spring
231 Fountain StYou can't come to Hot Springs without filling up your jugs with spring water!
The address is 336 Central Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas, 71901. This is a local bar establishment in historic downtown Hot Springs, across from the bath houses. It has a full bar and exceptional blues entertainment, and jazz as well. This usually holds a middle age to older clientele and the atmosphere is unique. One thing to keep in mind is that the entertainment is on the 2nd floor, so you need to aware of that if you have problems with stairs. The bar itself is on the first level if you don't want to go upstairs. Servers are onnthe 2nd floor so you don't have to run up and down the stairs for a drink. They do offer a decent little food menu with good food. I recommend their hamburgers. They are the best I've had..
