This stunning place is super hidden even if it's so central. It literally has thousands of different teas and I challenge you to go out from there without taking a selfie with a vintage cup or with some exotic tea leaves.

I went to many zoos in my life, even in New York and London, but this is definitely my favourite so far. Pretty small, but so cool! Perfect for 2 or 3 hours of nice walking, maybe after the Szczesny Spa or before a visit of Heroes Square, that are right in front of it.

6-12 Állatkerti krt.I went to many zoos in my life, even in New York and London, but this is definitely my favourite so far. Pretty small, but so cool! Perfect for 2 or 3 hours of nice walking, maybe after the Szczesny Spa or before a visit of Heroes Square, that are right in front of it.
I know that every guide will suggest that the best Thermal Spas are Széchenyi or Gellert (and I understand... they are amazing). But no one of them has such an outstanding rooftop with a perfect view on the city as Rudas, that is even walking distance from our apartment!

It is exactly on the other side of the Danube from our apartment, and it will offer you one of the best view of all Europe! Bring a bottle of wine with you, and you can sit there for hours, at the top of the hill, under the Statue of Liberty or in other hided points of the park.

1 Citadella stny.It is exactly on the other side of the Danube from our apartment, and it will offer you one of the best view of all Europe! Bring a bottle of wine with you, and you can sit there for hours, at the top of the hill, under the Statue of Liberty or in other hided points of the park.
If you like nature or jogging, this is the perfect place. There is also a hidden Japanese garden at the end of the island, and a tiny zoo. Pretty romantic.

If you like Techno or Deep House, this absolutely the best club in town! Very underground and pretty dark. You will not find it in guides, and for sure you will not see many tourists in it.

This restaurant has live jazz music every night. It's walking distance and has a cool vibe. I suggest you to book a table because it's usually pretty crowded.

Of course. The parlament of Budapest is a classic. But what you probably don't know is that from our place you can take the Tram number 2 for 1 Euro and jump down right in front of it. What's special? The route of this tram is considered the most beautiful of all Europe, because it goes all by the Danube and it will offer you an amazing view, from Margaret Island until the National Theatre. Yeah.... this is a very good tip.

This is the Museum of Modern Arts of Budapest, and it is very close to the National Theatre. It is very nice to start from here with the tram number 2, to reach Margaret Island passing the Parlament and our apartment :)
