My total favourite considering food, drinks and atmosphere in Tampere. It has restaurant "Muusa" with also several vegan and vegetarian dishes, great cocktails and beautiful Berlin style secret courtyard garden in the second floor with cool people and nice vibes. They have imo the best brunch in town saturdays and sundays. They also have great dessert treats and quality wines and beers in reasonable prices. There's also a lovely speakesy/cocktail bar called "Tiima" in the same complex.

These fun and delicious restaurants are located in Bonker Moodcourt, next to Railway station. Hoax is the first 100 % junk food restaurant in Tampere and probably one of the most popular vegan restaurants in Finland. There’s also a Mexican restaurant "Tacos and tequila" with meat, chicken, fish and vegetarian tacos, enchiladas and burritos. Bonker also has great cocktails and a funny decoration. You can order from any restaurant and eat at the same table. In early June 2021 they also introduced Tampere's first Bar & Arcade "NOOB" with arcade games, pinballs and cocktails.

All the diets are supported, also vegan and gluten free. You need to make a reservation. It’s a fun and delicious two hours with great service. Their wine pairing is also really nice, if your budget is flexible.

This market square in legendary Tammela neighborhood has many great places. My favourite here is La Negrita Mexican with a charming Mexican owner lady, but more traditional Tampere experiences are also available.

Laukontori area just around the corner has some nice cafes and fast food vendors. My favourite is "Jörns Döner", which has great falafel döners and pitas. Laukontori harbour also has some nice terrace boats, as well as cruises to Viikinsaari island.

Everything is within a walking distance, but buses, bikes and rental scooters are also available everywhere. We also have a brand new tramway!

Näsinneula needle is the highest spot in town. In the city center, the cocktail bar Moro in top of the Torni Hotel near railway station has also nice 360 view. If you like to have a nice walk in the Pyynikki woods, you can climb to Pyynikin Näkötorni tower which is located 1,5 km from my apartment. They have a legendary donut café downstairs. If you wanna have a picnic with a view, Näsinpuisto park is also a great spot to watch the sunset with a nice view over Näsijärvi lake and Särkänniemi amusement park.
