This AAM accredited museum is in downtown Bloomington. You will see the building easily thanks to its restored copper dome. The museum itself is a restored and preserved courthouse built in 1903, but the site was home to 3 other courthouses prior to this. The second of which, a Federal-Style courthouse, was frequented by Abraham Lincoln while serving as an attorney. The museum displays many historic artifacts gathered from McLean County including some prehistoric items. Are you a history buff? This is your place!

Who doesn’t like good beer? Especially when it is brewed right here! Destihl Beer Hall is a perfect combination of gourmet dining and great craft beer. They frequently offer outdoor entertainment. The menu at the beer hall is slightly limited, so if the food is more important, visit Destihl Restaurant and Brew Works instead. Bigger menu, but they still have a big beer list. You can walk to this one from your location.

They frequently offer outdoor entertainment. The menu at the beer hall is slightly limited, so if the food is more important, visit Destihl Restaurant and Brew Works instead. Bigger menu, but they still have a big beer list. You can walk to this one from your location.
This steakhouse is classy! Classy in an old-school way. The food is outstanding, but the piano bar is what we like the most. For over a quarter-century this has been a long-standing local favorite for great steak, music, spirits, and an interesting floor layout you will have to see to believe. Ewing Park is split into 3 parts, but they are all connected. They offer trails to hike, playground equipment, soccer fields, pavilions, and a backyard view of Ewing Manor.

Located on Miller Street in Bloomington, this park has a nice fishing pond, paddle boats, interesting metal sculptures, an old train on display, and a small water park. It even has a nice zoo! It is a great place to spend the day.
