Owned by The City of Prescott and operated by Billy Casper Golf, Antelope Hills features 36 holes of championship golf in the beautiful mountains of northern Arizona. At an elevation of 5,000 ft., the two courses sport bent grass greens and bluegrass fairways and the cool summer season makes for a great place to get out of the Arizona desert heat. The historic North Course opened in 1958 and is a traditional tree lined course with small greens that require more accuracy than power. The South Course was added to the facility in 1992 and is a more wide open track with large greens and plenty of mounding which is a totally different experience than the North Course. Both courses have as a backdrop the rugged rock formations of Granite Dells and the Bradshaw Mountains. http://www.antelopehillsgolf.com/

StoneRidge has established itself as one of the finest Prescott golf courses through its unique layout and design. The Highlands Center helps children and adults discover the wonders of nature and become wise caretakers of the land. We believe that everyone has a fundamental need to connect with the natural world. This connection is fostered by the Center through outdoor-science education based on observation and discovery of the Central Arizona Highlands. Through day camps, family programs, school programs, field studies, lectures, workshops, and other activities we reach over 10,000 children and adults each year. Our 3-mile trail system is the gateway to Lynx Creek and other Prescott National Forest trails. Our beautiful campus, showcasing practical green building strategies, includes our administrative offices, an outdoor amphitheater, a large indoor classroom facility, a library, and gift shop. The adjacent grounds model water conservation, fire-wise landscaping, and the use of native plants in re-vegetation. The site is operated under a Special Use Permit with Prescott National Forest. http://highlandscenter.org/

The year was 1976; Steve Alward and Doug Brawly escape the hell of Phoenix and move to Prescott with an excited entrepreneurial spirit. They pool together $500 dollars and some used bicycle components. Doug found a small garage to rent, accessible only from the alley of Miller Valley Road. Rent was $50 dollars a month – no water, no gas… Thus, Back Street Bicycle Works began as an experiment. After all, who would think a business would succeed with $500 dollars starting capital. In case of failure, there were part time jobs to fall back on. Steve worked for United Van Lines and Doug was a janitor at the hospital. http://www.highgearbikeshop.com/

Ironclad Bicycles is proud to announce that we are now authorized as a service center for FOX Racing Suspension forks. In June we sent Corey to a special Fox training seminar on the campus of United Bicycle Institute in Portland. In July we ordered up all the special tools and parts kits. In August we held in-house training sessions for other staff, and now – we are all geared up and ready to go! Why is this a big deal? Fox makes the best forks out there, and up until now if there was a problem with a fork, our only option was to remove it, box it up, and send it to Fox… then wait for them to service it, and send it back. This was a process that could mean weeks without your bike… hard to take when the weather is good. NOW, we have cut the UPS man out of the picture, and we can service your Fox fork in house… and significantly reduce your down time. We are proud to be the only shop in the area that has the tools, expertise, and parts on hand to do this work! http://www.ironcladbicycles.com/
