Tiny ghost town at the base of the Tobacco Roots (which is also occupied). Has a great saloon, which is killer after a long hike in the Roots! They have shows there sometimes.

This is the county seat of Madison County, and real live and functioning ghost town. It is very well preserved, and is a tourist trap during summer, but in the off season, it does feel pretty ghosty. The Greenhorn Range to the south has some great hunting, and is pretty undiscovered by tourists yet. LOTS of old mines in the area.

The Greenhorn Range to the south has some great hunting, and is pretty undiscovered by tourists yet. LOTS of old mines in the area.
