Neighborhoods

Coronado is one of the most coveted neighborhoods to live in in Phoenix. We are an up and coming progressive, gentrified neighborhood in Uptown Phoenix. People live here for the sense of community, respect for the OGs, location and uniqueness of homes. You don’t want to miss taking a still through the neighborhood and checking out our eclectic mix of homes, built mainly in the 1920s-1940s, brick bungalows, tudor, craftsman, adobe, mixed in with some new, infill modern. There are two parks. Coronado Park is the larger park with a playground, basketball & tennis courts and huge grassy area. Country Club / Oval Park is a bug grassy area in the center of a bunch of houses. Cute area to walk to, put down a blanket & chill. The neighbors range from the OGs, whom’ve been here 20+ years, to the gentrified Gen Y & Z.
