Fantastic fish and chips. A no-frills space, but the fish literally comes off a boat outside, into the shop - fresh and delicious. You can eat there on rickety picnic tables or wander down the street for a couple of minutes and eat in the park right on the water.

We are yet to eat here but have heard very good things. Relatively upmarket compared to a lot of the more casual places at the Mount, calls itself a wine bar but has lovely food. Book ahead.

Good little beachside cafe, takeaway coffee and ice creams or eat-in at the cafe side. The beach opposite is great - there are toilets, safe road crossings and much easier parking than at the main beach at the foot of the Mount.
