Because the view. Right on Lake Union, the outdoor deck is the coveted spot. Houseboats, pleasure craft, seaplanes landings... Also great margaritas, guac, and in fact everything I've eaten there was delicious. And did I mention the view?

Best in town, in my opinion. Smoked low and slow, no sauce even needed. Great sides (collard greens done right!), and drinks.

First white settlers landed here. Once a place of little beach cabins, now lined with condos. The beach is wide and sandy, with a paved lane for rollerblading and bikes. Can have bonfires at night. Lots of restaurants and bars line the street. Great for sunny days, sunsets, people watching.
