Make your reservations as far in advance as possible... this is one of the finer restaurants in SF, and requires reservations (way in advance) and a credit card with high limits. :) This place is amazing.

Continue walking up to the Fort Mason park - don't forget your camera, you'll want to take pictures of the Bay and Golden Gate bridge. If you are up for it, continue down the path to Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman's Wharf.

Our local park across the street... however, this park has spectacular views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate, Sausalito, Angel Island, Berkeley, and turn around to see the SF skyline.

A big park with a beach and hiking trails through the Presidio... and outstanding views of the Golden Gate Bridge. One of my best friends proposed to his wife out here, and I help set up the scene for him in a grassy knoll out near the pier... on the right day, could be one of the best picnic spots ever.

Take a ferry to Angel Island and hike it! If you are the adventurous type, make your way down to Fisherman's wharf for a ferry boat to Angel Island; Once on the island, trailheads are easy to find, and the hike will take you all the way around the island with breathtaking views. If you're even more adventurous, take a picnic with you, and make your way down to the south east beach just past quarry point. You're likely to find yourself on a beach by yourself, with the mountain blocking the wind, and the sun warming the sand. Great spot for a day date. :)
