Western Antique Aeroplane & Automobile Museum. Quite large and extensive. My 88 year old Dad just loved it! The format groups military and civilian aircraft with automobiles and motorcycles from the same time period together. Nice way of seeing how transportation technology developed during the first half of the 1900's. Good indoor option on a rainy day.

The beautiful and historic Timberline Lodge is a national treasure and a must see. It is also the only place in North America with nearly year round skiing. Visitors in the summer and early fall can hike a bit of the world famous Pacific Crest Trail, which crosses right above the lodge, and cross that off your bucket list.

Visitors in the summer and early fall can hike a bit of the world famous Pacific Crest Trail, which crosses right above the lodge, and cross that off your bucket list.

Access to the falls along the old highway is by permit only in the summer, so if you plan this option get one well in advance.. Otherwise check out public transportation options (CAT), or tours, including bike and Ebike tours that will get you there without the hassle of parking and permits.
