You gotta go there for a drink after 5pm, stay until 22pm and then take a cab for the Old Port...that's what locals do, or you can stay there until the closing at 3am, that's what I would do :-)

My favourite lounge, make a reservation on the terrasse if the weather is good. friendly staff, try the salmon tartar and a few cocktails. It's hard to park around.
