Kings Park is a 400.6-hectare (990-acre) park overlooking the Swan River and the Perth CBD with panoramic views across the suburbs to the Darling Range.
The park is a mixture of grassed parkland, botanical gardens and natural bushland on Mount Eliza with two-thirds of the grounds conserved as native bushland. It is home to over 324 native plant varieties, 215 known indigenous fungi species and 80 bird species.
Kings Park also contains the State War Memorial. The streets are tree lined with individual plaques dedicated by family members to Western Australian service men and women who died in World War I and World War II.

Reabold Hill Summit Lookout

The Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA) is a public State art gallery that is part of the Perth Cultural Centre, in Perth, Western Australia. It is located near the Western Australian Museum and State Library of Western Australia.

Getting Around
Closest train station.
Turn Left out front of the house and walk 800 metres (12 min walk) to the end of the road. Cross over to the footpath on the other side of the road at the pedestrian crossing with lights about 100 metres after you set off.
Please remember "Shenton Park" is the Train Station name and not "Daglish" which is the station before it if you are coming from Perth.
Train frequency is roughly every 10 minutes during peak times and 15 to 20 minutes off-peak and weekends.
10 minutes to Perth City and 19 minutes to Fremantle.
5 Minutes to Claremont (towards Fremantle) for fancy clothes shopping.
