BEST infused margaritas and tacos! We always stop here on our way in from Denver to Granby. My usual go-to is the pineapple/jalapeno margarita with 1 fried/ 1 grilled fish taco. Their salsa is delish too!

They are very large servings so we usually get one entree along with an app to share and there is usually leftovers too! Perfect for those nights you don't want to cook after a full day of skiing.

Don't feel like packing a lunch on your ski day? Not to worry- this place has you covered and its not a typical cafeteria either. HUGE portions, super yummy and so cozy. It gets SUPER busy so get there early. I love their french onion soup and if you order a side of french fries... the portion size is an entire plate. It's pricey but you could totally share if you are on a budget. Or, grab a beer from the bar or unlimited free refills of the tasty hot cocoa to warm up and take a seat outside to soak in the beautiful views!

Such a great, modern place for apres ski! Southern family owned and operated. We can't get enough of their friendly service, big cozy fire place, frozen slushes, boiled peanuts and french fries!

Just BEAUTIFUL!!! We go multiple times a year and we usually see wildlife every time we drive through. Just be sure to check the park's website as the road to the top typically closes during the winter months.

It's a tough hike but the view is worth it!
Loop around the lake. Little elevation gain. Good for hikers not acclimated to the elevation and great for kids. Be sure to purchase a parking tag on site. They do ticket!

We like to rent a pontoon and cruise the lake on pretty days. Great little spots to pull off and beautiful views on the lake.

Winter: Great skiing and the food on the mountain is great too!!! They have bus transit from the Inn at Silver Creek so be sure to check out their schedule online. They also have free and paid parking lots if you wish to drive.
Summer: They offer alpine sledding and its so much fun! Pretty sure I've been told it's the longest track in the states? Me and my husband like to race each other then grab a drink outside on the deck and soak in the views.

GREAT SNOWSHOEING!!!! We're not golfers but we do love this golf course in winter. They offer Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and tubing for the kids. They also have ski and snowshoe rentals on site. Snowshoe Trail Fees are $10 for the day! A super fun activity and inexpensive day while also getting some exercise.

Devil's Thumb Ranch is one of my absolute favorite places in Colorado! We love everything this place has to offer. We like to book our massage early and enjoy all the onsite amenities like soaking in the outdoor hot tubs with some wine, afternoon coffee and snack then dinner. We start with a cocktail at Heck's Tavern and sit outside for happy hour then move to their upscale restaurant, the Ranch House Saloon for dinner. They raise Wagyu beef on their ranch and their steak is to die for. It's a very pricey day but worth the splurge if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion. They even have a stocked pond to fish, horseback/ pony rides, zip line, hiking, archery and nordic skiing!
