Unlike any other Mexican place you've been to. Delicious and large portions, but heads up - the service, while friendly, is notoriously slow. Budget for a couple more Corona's before your meal comes. Don't go if you're in a rush!

There is a nice boardwalk and park area which is nice for a picnic or bike ride.
Queen St East (just north of the beach) has great shops and restaurants. Very laid back area in the city.
You can take the subway to Woodbine and take the bus south, or take a leisurely walk.

You may be surprised to find a real beach in Toronto, but it's here, and it's great.
There is a nice boardwalk and park area which is nice for a picnic or bike ride.
